The rental location was great. UHaul did not have the truck available as indicated and my pickup time was not during normal business hours. To say this was an inconvenience is an understatement considering the fact that I had to be out of my condo on 6/30 but did not actually complete vacating until 7/1.

I picked up the equipment and there was dog feces in the inside of the truck where you put your items and in the front of the truck were you drive had cigarette ashes and cigarettes and trash in it then they forgot to put the tow dolly and the U-Haul and I would like some of my money back.

The truck broke down in the middle of my move , uhaul customer service is poor I was hung up on numerous times as I was placed on hold repeatedly. Me and my little girl were stranded at a gas station for over 2 hours. I am still waiting for a confirmation to continue my move but yo no avail.

Actually have a truck at the location at where it is reserved. It was by happenstance that I picked up the rental. I went by the location where the reservation and when I got there no truck was there and they had no knowledge of me or my account. I left trying to get in touch with Uhaul (which is impossible) and while driving down the street I passed another Uhaul location which had the 26 foot truck on site. So I pulled into this location to see if I could rent this truck and come to find out they were the one with my actual reservation. This was purely by luck I received my reservation and with absolute no help from Uhaul. I received NO CALL OR EMAIL. Regarding my reservation changed. Extremely disappointed because this would have put me and my family in an extremely hard situation if not for this very lucky circumstance.

Before returning the uhaul I filled the gas tank till it wouldn't let me pump anymore. Engine was turned off while pumping. Returned the key in the drop box even though I returned it alot earlier than 9pm, it was like 2:30pm. The business hours were still open, however, there was a note on the door, "sorry for inconvenience, had to leave so please see the dog groomer next door to check in/check out, etc. Well I was not going ask a dog groomer to check/inspect my uhaul.... I didn't want the uhaul business to say I didn't turn key in, etc. Well, this was Saturday... Then on Monday I got an email that I was charged $21.00 more. Ez fuel sales. My coworker overheard me and said this same thing happened to her, filled the tank of gas all the way and still charged the ez fuel sales. Well me and my coworker both noticed the uhauls at this business has the uhauls backed in to the spots where the front end is on a slight incline so we both realized we pulled in to the spot, not backed in to the spot when we returned. So basically the gas gauge at the gas station due to the uhaul being on even ground, it could not fill past the full mark but boy when they checked my gas gauge I was short and all because I pulled in and the front in of the uhaul tipped downward so the gas shifted and made it seem like I didn't fill. Geez, maybe I should've carried a gas can to the uhaul site on return and once on that hill I should've put more gas. I called two days ago to speak to manager but no one called me back. I'm going on social media and let Ascension Parish know about this scheme. Y'all should be ashamed of running a business this way. Two people went through the same exact thing at the same place..... Coincidence?!?! ... I think not!

The young lady was very nice & helpful BUT the 5 x 8 trailer I ordered the lights did NOT work so I had to settle for a 4X 8 & I could NOT move a book case which was one of my main items we wanted to get to our new home to store things on. I didn't get a lower price for the trouble or and promise of discount for a next move. So, Not a good overall experience! the price was good.

Was charged for 202 miles. Our destination was 51 miles one and 102 round trip. We offload on Thursday night for our show and backloaded Sunday night to come home. No freakin way we went 202 miles!

Poor customer service, took 15 min just to get the paperwork ready to sign. I've rented with Pensky many times previously and never had this kind of problem. The trailer didn't have a jack so it had to be lifted off the hitch by hand which was heavy and posed a injury risk from back strain or accidently dropping it on your feet. Once i got the trailer it took 5 min for someone to open the gate to let me leave. Finally when I opened the trailer there was some garbage and a broke beer bottle in it that I had to clean out before it could be used. overall very poor rental experience, I highly recomend going somewhere else.

I picked up a U-Haul at 3pm on August 31st, and had it returned on August 31st at 9PM, leaving the keys in the drop box. On the contract, it states that I returned the U-Haul on September 1st at 8:43AM, and was charged for time that I DID NOT HAVE THE U-HAUL!

I was so aggravated with the entire process. I signed up for the 24/7 access truck but did not receive that service. My location was changed and my time was changed three times. My contract was “lost” so I drove off the lot without a contract. I had to hurry up and pay for everything over the phone with the stress that I was technically stealing the uhaul because your company messed up my contract. I will not be using uhaul every again for delivery services.

FILL IT WITH GAS, ALIGN THE FRONT END, REPLACE THE FRONT TIRES. THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE LOCATION, WE PICKED IT UP SHORTLY AFTER THEY GOT IT. SOMEBODY DROPPED THE BALL ON VEHICLE MAINTENANCE THIS TIME.

Before hours pickup didn't work. After I waited an hour for the place to open, the woman who showed up was a bitch and acted like it was my fault. Her tune changed after she realized it was something wrong on her end.

The representative at this location was very unprofessional and did not appear to have the required knowledge to successfully complete the transaction. She complained the entire time about how hard her day was and how she was ready to leave. She also entered my debit card information multiple times, stating her system would not accept my card information. I later realized, after reviewing my account information, the charges were being accepted. I had two prior authorization charges of about $52 each on my account. In addition to that, the truck smelled like a pack of dogs had been in it and there was pet hair of some kind all over. This was by far the worst Uhaul experience I’ve ever had.

Some of their Staff should be friendlier. I had placed my truck rental reservation, with appliance dolly and 12 furniture blanket rental about two weeks in advance. Was contacted two days before date needed . I went to this location to check on my reservation and was told that they did not have the blankets and I would have to find them at some other location. The morning of the day of my rental, Had i not been there when they opened, to pick up truck, and told them that the one and only utility dolly was for my rental, they had told someone else they had one there to rent . They need to be better organized and know what has been reserved for rental , before you arrive.

Truck did not appear to have been washed in sometime. Windshield was filthy with dirt and bugs. Blankets and dolly were not in the truck, and I had to go back inside and ask for them and then I had to load them. There were several areas of obvious damage that had not been marked and I had to get them to come outside and mark them before leaving.

Very disappointed in the online confirmation process. I made a reservation and had a confirmation number. I was informed I would be contacted the day before. At 03:00 the day before I had not received a call so I called the preferred pick up location on my confirmation. They had no record of my reservation and recommended I call Uhaul directly. I did and they said that although it was a preferred location it was not guaranteed to have the truck. Uhaul offered me a location further away. I suggested a location a half a mile from my new house because I saw the truck I needed there. It was then I had to changed the contract to local and pay extra for mileage. So very disappointed in Uhaul and their online confirmation, but thankful for the lady at Milanos for helping me out.
