Uhaul Operation in General that needs improvement 1. to call Uhaul Support Center takes too long to get a representative on the line 2. Both my pick up and drop off locations changed at the last minute causing unnecessary travel and time 3. Inventory was no existent in departure location causing me to pick up my equipment 2 hours awaySCOTT C.

Made reservation at least two weeks ahead of time but location (Washburn Way - Klamath Falls, OR) could/would not provide me with a trailer at pickup time even though there were at least 3 on site. Problem too was that they could/would not provide me with any type of reasonable answer as to why they couldn't. I had to travel several mile across town to pick one up: Mike's RV Sales.Ralph O.
Ensure that if you want the equipment dropped off at a specific location, that it is written on the contract. Do not assume or try to change things later! I had 4 different people calling me because of a miscommunication between Uhaul and the drop off location. This is not OK. Not my issue, and it became a huge problem.tammy P.

I called 3 locations to rent a trailer numerous times, this was the only one I could get a hold of someone. The online reservation system did not work very well, had to keep trying to get the form to work.tim K.

Trailer was parked in the weeds!! .Had to hook it up myself!! Did thank them for letting me pick it up up early, because they were gonna be busy the next day until after 10;30. They had no appliance hand truck or packing blankets like U-Haul said,not there fault!! Over all nice people!!Kevin H.
I did not receive an appliance dolly, which you charged me for. You switched located 3 times for my truck and Mike's only gave me the last two pages of my contract. They said that the first two pages were in the truck. No. It made it hard to drop off my truck without the paper work. I called you (UHaul) for a refund, but so far, I can not reach you! :) You owe me for the dolly!Lynn F.

The truck had not been cleaned when I picked it up. The gentleman was rude and refused to let me collect the truck and them come back for the trailer. He also resisted helping me load my vehicle. Extremely poor customer service as he left me in my vehicle on the trailer to 'use the restroom'. I had to crawl out my driver's window to finish strapping/chaining the vehicle down.Chenoa D.

Slightly rundown location on the interior. Stock on shelves were somewhat pilling down onto the filthy floor, similar to what you would see in a Dollar Tree. However, man inside was friendly enough that I would recomend this location to a friend.Thomas H.

Staff were not present when I arrived. Location was dirty and not heated. I had to stand outside while one employee called another and then there was a bunch of confusion about whether he had my truck or not. Blankets were all dirty and stacked in a messy pile.MATTHEW N.

I am not the person who returned the trailer, my wife did. Apparently the person who checked the trailer in didn't do it correctly which then resulted in several calls and emails with U-haul, with the Eugene folks and with the Klamath Falls folks.AMY B.

I returned truck at 9:15 am on Saturday, I received a call on Monday at 3:46 pm saying the truck had not yet been checked it! Nor was I given a receipt at the time I returned it. I received the receipt on Tuesday morning via email and the total charged to my card was NOT included on the receipt.LINDA N.
