Make sure to let the customer know exact times so he is not charged for another day. We dropped off at 9 but had picked up 20 minutes early. We had to call several times in order to be released from it. Situation was resolved after half an hour. Overall all went ok.
David BA little more expensive than I anticipated, but it got the job done I guess.
Logan BPick up location was a bit inconvenient and out of the way. The truck was a 2021 and ran very good. I used a car Carrier for my Tacoma. It was very easy to load and unload. On the road I hardly knew the carrier was back there. Over all an excellent 13hr U Haul experience.
Reginald MIt looked as though the seams had already been fixed with caulk, but something more substantial needs to be done to keep rain out.

Marsha PThere was no cell phone service to return this veh on the app. It is UPSTATE Ny quite close to Canada. I had to call 2x in order to attempt to reach customer service. Finally was able to speak with a person from the accident section who was very helpful. There also were no vehicles available in 2 counties. I ended up spending way more for the wrong size truck. So although Mike's garage was great I am slightly disappointed in the overall experience.

Aaron AWell for starters he has no equitment to rent uhaul needs to bring him some rentals i needed to rent trailer that no one in area has im renting one inanother location and dropping it there so he will have one to rent which of course cost me extra money otherwise excellent place to rent or get your uhaul needs

john bWe never received the size truck we originally ordered and had to rent a 5 x 9 RT which cost us an additional $239. We are not at all happy about that. We had to rent the RT from another location .
DEBRA SI understand that anyone can be a dealer but I don't smoke and the place smelled and was not clean at all. The gentleman was very nice but I didn't want to be in there. If I had to go back there for a truck I guess it depended on how badly I needed it.
Teddy KMike was very helpful with making sure that the trailer was loaded properly with all of the safety chains, etc. Mike is also very friendly and assisted in my initial inquiries about the vehicle transport rental.

TOM SHad a reservation for 10:30am, When I arrived to the Garage everyone was out back working and it took them 10 minutes to even come ask what I needed, then the people could not get through the process on your webpage to be able to finish the rental, after waiting on him for 45 minutes I had to personally call UHaul to finish the process.
CHRIS SMy overall experience was good. However, at the same time I was supposed to pick up my truck in Malone, NY (9 AM), I got a text and e-mail from your scheduling department saying that they changed the pickup location to 30 miles away from where I was supposed to pick it up! Needless to say, I was furious!!!!!!!! because it was already pickup time!!!!! However, Mike at the new location was very nice and made the experience a good one!
KEITH CThis was not supposed to be my original drop-off location. However, since the original drop-off location would not return my call so I could return my U-Haul, Mike's garage graciously allowed us to return to him, and even made sure he was outside waiting since he knew we had to get back to Ohio after moving my brother to New York. Highly recommended!!!!

Kevin MU Haul pulled a bait/switch on me. I had a confirmed reservation to pick up a truck in Malone for a one way rental to Orchard Park-Buffalo. 14 Hrs before pickup I was notified my wife and I would have to drive 28 miles through several small towns to a back road in the middle of nowhere in north lawrence ny. The truck also had a low tire pressure light on the entire rental and the location could not shut it off. Wasted over 2 hrs for 2 persons plus additional gas for the truck and 58 miles of uncompensated use of our personal vehicle, when we had no time to spare. I was used as a mule to move U-hauls equipment from this remote location to where it could be rented. Never again.
TERRANCE MDon't let Mike's Garage rent out uhauls. When I arrived at Mike's the facility was dirty and smelled horrible. When i walked through the door I was greeted my 3 men who just stared at me with blank expressions and after a minute one finally asked if he could help. When I said I was there to pickup my uhaul rental he acted as if it was the first time he'd ever heard of such a thing. He couldn't work the couldn't work the computer to access the uhaul information. He tried to call someone to help him, but couldn't get in touch with anyone. After waiting for 30 minutes for him to try to contact someone to help him he finally called uhaul to get things setup over the phone. After another 45 minutes of talking with uhaul on the phone and me giving my credit card information to uhaul over the phone I was finally given the keys to the truck. When I walked outside to get the truck it was in a snowbank with ice over the windshield. I had to wade through knee deep snow to get in. When I got in I discovered that it only had a half tank of gas. Also, while waiting inside the shop to get the uhaul the employees were smoking indoors and blowing smoke all around the waiting area.
