JEFFREYS VAfter contacting customer servicesat that U-Haul location, I was pleased to acknowledge the gentleman who assisted me during pickup. Despite our reservation and efforts to ensure no delays, he courteously explained the situation while attending to another customer. He assured me of his assistance once available and treated me with respect throughout. However, the next morning, I discovered unexpected gas charges on my credit card. Upon returning to the U-Haul location for clarification, a different individual, a girl, informed me that it wasn't their concern and advised me to contact U-Haul directly, emphasizing that they were a storage company. So , you better contact U-Haul directly

Ayman WAlthough this wasn’t my first pick as I wa looking to get a truck from a place 2 mins from my house instead of 10 mins drive but Rick was Very friendly and van was brand new, AWD, and worked perfect for what we needed.
Scott RMy only suggestion would be to clean the windshield from the inside as there was prints on it although it didn't impact my visibility.

joseph iIn general, you guys must change the way you choose to cheat people. If I have to pay 81 cad for a 1 hr rental with about 20 KM trip .. why do you want to market it as 19.$$ only ! Better way is to beg me and I will give your a donation !

Shelley MExplain what to do with the lock if you are dropping the vehicle somewhere else. In my case the place where I drop the vehicle did not know the password.
DAVID OThe actual set-up for pick up was lengthy. Give your alternative locations better access to debit machines and equipment. Usually I can use debit and go, this was a confusing process for everyone and he had to call Uhaul for help. Otherwise good as usual.
Jon EFix your software so remote locations can use debit cards for payment. I was forced to leave and return with a credit card as the debit option continually failed.

Sebastian SThe one thing I did have for feedback was that: I was given this address as my drop-off location, however, I wasn't told that it had to be during store hours. In the past, when I've had to drop off my Uhaul at a later time, there was some sort of drop-off box. If customers could be told: 1. If the drop of location has to be during store hours 2. If that's not the case, then if there is a key drop box or process

Marilyn TJust to ensure that times of locations opening are properly recalibrated into the online system. My initial order was 30 mins before the location opened, it didn't cause too many issues for me but those details should be harmonized to ensure ease of pick-up.

Eric CI was caught off guard agent looking to scan the QR code on the back of my license. It would help to inform customers, who are really only expecting to be checked to posses a valid driver's license -that this piece of identity could be forfeit to a company and their databases. No thanks

Tim CApparently this is not a drop off location. I went to drop my u-haul off around 4:30 on Sunday to which the place was closed so I kept the keys in the mail box. I receive a call the next day from a very rude hostile lady around 6:20pm to which she was threatening me basically to come and pick up the truck or else…. She eventually hung up on my face before I could get a word in.

AARONJOHN WThe truck was not ready for work. First I had to clean from snow and ice. 10 minutes less from the 4 hour rent time. Before that the credit card reader terminal was not worked properly, took like 15 minutes to actually get the truck key, which also means less actual rental time. This time we didn't use up the whole 4 hours, just 2,5 hours, but another time probably would be an issue the extra half an hour which comes out from the 4 hours rental time.

Scott MThe terminal was broken so I had to re-provide all the information I'd entered online. The representative was friendly to the U-Haul person on the phone but seemed annoyed by customers in person and offered minimal information - I even had to ask about basics like fuel level/how much to fill, where to park, etc. She also didn't wear a mask. One customer in the store at a time but the rep doesn't mask? Doesn't make sense. It was a disappointing customer service experience.

JAMESR AI have drove the car 7 miles (exactly) and put 5 liters of petrol but I have been charged 26$ for the gas for what? I didn’t understand it. I will never recommend to anyone in fact I will stop them by using. You steal money. Unfair and disappointed. Never getting it again.
MUHAMMAD AVehicle was U.S. so in miles. Exchange rate to $CA was very high when the conversion to km was done.
GERARD BThe truck was a little dirty and the furniture pads were VERY dirty, but overall no complaints! Oh, and the truck needs its wheels re-aligned.
EBUWAALERO SAs I live in Canada I expect the figures used to be Canadian. Using miles has not been in practice for decades. It’s hard to say if the calculations were accurate due to this and in my advance work was in K’s and accepted at the rental location.
Larry MExtra fuel charges were levied without any reason. Tried calling customer service, but wait time was more than 30 minutes. Will not rent u-haul ever again.
ANIL GReserved vehicle for 1:15 pm. Went to pick it up. Was not back from first renter. Waited and then left. Vehicle was not ready for me until 3:45. Very very annoying and even more inconvenience.

VITO BI was re-directed by uhaul to drop off the truck at this location. The lady owner was extremely angry that I dropped the truck at her location. She was very rude with me and tried to bully me into submission by threatening to make sure I would be charged for it if i didnt drive the truck somewhere else. An extremely unpleasant person which I had to literally fight off as she took out all her frustrations on me. She was a disgusting and selfish bully to deal with. The way she treated me was Unprofessional, lacking any civility or ethics. Is this how Uhaul treats their clients? Does Uhaul support this kind of behaviour from their dealers? Does Uhaul thinks that they where well represented by this dealer ?
