Nothing that I can think of. Rolled up and evidently they were expecting me and ready. I never even had to get out of my vehicle. Unhooked the trailer, checked it in on a tablet and emailed my receipt. In and out in 3 minutes.

Self service drop off but the location is hard to access from the main road and there is ZERO parking available to return a trailer without blocking building or storage unit gate. Definitely not an ideal self drop off location.

It is interesting that you put all the critical emphases on the location when it is U-haul business practices that are a problem. It was not made clear at time of rental that my choose of pick was merely a preference. I had to change my travel plans last minute because you did not accommodate my pick request.

Truck windows very dirty and not ready for scheduled pick up time; I had to wait on him to connect auto transport. This agent did not have a dolly for the reservation. Agent gave me an appliance dolly to use that was not documented. Truck on 3/8 tank of fuel and I had to fuel immediately for trip. Very unorganized agent and process.

All was good except 2 things: 1, the fella told me there was only 1/2 tank of gas but that is all I had to bring upon return. Evidently he marked it more on the contract emailed. 2, sent an appliance dolly instead of furniture dolly so no help and wasted money.

The drive is hard to see and access, and it is a hard turn to make, but not impossible. Service was fast and friendly. The site layout is odd, and I don't know if I'd want to drive a box truck with a trailer through it.

Very difficult to get into the business from East Brainard Road. No sign in front of the business. No vehicle parking for customers. Lady at the desk was very nice and helpful with the paperwork, etc

I rate the Brainard Road as excellent. Your computer reservation system gets a VERY POOR. I reserved the trailer on line only to get there and they didn't have one. It had been 30 minutes from the time the reservation was made and when I arrived. So much for a guaranteed reservation.

When I ask for the truck paper inspection paper the lady told me she already did the inspection and that’s not acceptable for me I need a document to inspect the rental myself for damages and condition that’s a red flag for me nothing personal is just how I do things I’m a driver and DOT certified
