The cab of truck had something spilled on the floor appeared to be a ice cream drink of some sort. The main guy at Midwest motor company was 45 min late even after my courtesy call informing him of my arrival time, he was not at the pickup site at scheduled time. His lateness forced me to miss my scheduled appointment being 5pm !!! All I got was a weak “I’m sorry”.

Please take into account the miles of the trip I was given 413 miles for a 420 mile trip and had to drive to the other side of Dallas so that was a major inconvenience when trying to return the truck

Kevin, James, and Bill were all amazing! Got the job done in great time! They were friendly and very respectful. Could not have asked for a better experience with a group of movers. Thank you for all of the hard work you put in, so we did not have to. 10/10 Fantastic Job!

The equipment was damaged but usable. The system was down so we could not pick it up right away. They forgot to do the return the same day and I had to call them because uhaul sent me a notice several days later that I had not returned the equipment. I received a receipt confirmation one week later.

The easiness of check in and check out with app is not. It was too long of process not user friendly and app easiness and mistakes kept me at both locations longer then needed

Excellent customer service. Very professional and courteous. A little better communication between your different levels of support while being transferred (such as to a higher level supervisor to handle an issue) would be great, since I had to explain myself multiple times. However, overall, I’m very pleased with you guys. I appreciate your prompt and friendly attendance to my situation, and professionalism in getting me swiftly dealt with. Thank you!

the truck was completely filthy period the cab was full of dog hair and saliva or urine. I had to clean it prior to even using the vehicle period the back of the vehicle was completely filthy as well with white dust all over the place which coated my belongings and was very frustrating to have to clean up afterwards.

The 6 x 12 trailer i rented has a leak near the rear door.. My belingungs that where near the spot was soaked from the rain. I am highly disappointed.

No issues with the location. They were great. Only issue was a general issue with Uhaul. I had trouble finding a location through the website that had a 6x12 cargo trailer that was actually open on a Saturday. Eventually I had to call the main Uhaul store in Joplin to locate one.
