It’s not fair to say I wouldn’t recommend this location because they did try to help me, but because the rentals are all online there is very little they could do. The truck was fine but the online experience was very bad since there was no Wi-Fi at first. Finally got on the business’s Wi-Fi which made it workable. If U-Haul is going to use all online renting they should provide Wi-Fi. Also the app isn’t very intuitive

Tom TuftVery secluded. No U-Haul person on site. Lot full of snow. Truck covered in snow. Trick was dirty. The truck did not have a muffler and was painfully loud. I had to drive through the city and after packing up drive and hour north. My ear where ringing and numb. The cab smell of exhaust. What was I suppose to do?? Cancel my reservation? I needed to be out of my ex’s place that day and on top of this being a difficult move I had to drive around a vechile that made me sick - and deaf. Fuck your employee for singing off on a bechile fit for rental

Anna MaustWe signed the contract being told that the truck had 1/2 tank of gas. It barely had 3/8. I had to put an extra $26 in gas to bring it to 1/2 before returning. The truck's cupholders had KFC crust and paper in them.

Aadil KhalilWe were provided a code to use with a key pad lock. The code keys were so sticky because it was hot/humid out, we struggled to open the key. When we called UHaul customer service, they told us a number of customers had called and complained of the same problem. If UHaul is going to have self-service pickup with no staff on hand, there really needs to be fool-proof locks that don't jam up because it's hot out. It put a damper on our move day before we even got started.

James VanderwaalI ordered a dolly and it was not in the truck when I pick it up at my specified time and location. It make moving more difficult as I wasn't going to change my moving day because of no dolly.

Gretchen ZunkelTry not over billing , I placed an order on line and only to find that there were things on my account I did not order such as "safe move" for 56 dollars and " safe tow " for 36 d0llars when I specifically declined those offers on line. Your online site even asked for me to sign a waiver saying I would immediately be responsible for any damages. I don't like that 😕. I will never do this again online it is such an awful experience feeling like someone went on your account and add stuff without my permission. To top it off I have to wait 3 days for someone to call me to go over this mishap

Todd CavenNo one was on site for my return. Again, this was my first experience renting a uhaul and no one was available to assist. When I called, I was just told to drop off the keys in the box. A couple days later, a rep called and asked if I needed a few more days with the vehicle. I returned it same day… This information could have easily been verified if 1. A representative was available during the return 2. If the key box had been checked for return.
MINGY CHUNGI have no problem with the person at this location. I DO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE UHAUL COMPANY!! I HAD QUITE THE ORDEAL IN REGARD TO GAINING ACCESS TO THE LOCKBOX. MY SIS & I BOTH USED OUR PHONES (YOUR WAITING TIME IS 45MNS) TRYING TO GET ASSISTANCE, WHEN WE DID GET A PERSON, & FOLLOWED THE "PROCEDURES" DOWNLOADING AP, ENTERING RESERVATION NO., WE WOULD GET "ORDER NOT FOUND". LADY ON PHONE THAN TRANSFER US TO THE IT STAFF. AGAIN "YOUR WAIT IS APPROX. 45 MNS", AFTER 2 AND HALF HOURS WE DECIDED TO QUIT BUT THAN IT SAID "HELLO'. YET GOING THRU ANOTHER BACK & FORTH CONVERSATION" DO THIS" OK TRIED NO GO" , ENTERING INFO ALL OVER AGAIN, STILL NO GO, ETC. ALL I WANT IS THE ACCESS CODE, BUT NO, NO ONE CAN GIVE THAT TO ME.AT THE 3 HR OF WAITING I SAID I QUIT. AND WILL COME BACK IN MORN WHEN BLDG OPENS. I HAD AN AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! I HAD HELPERS FOR THURSDAY THAT I HAD TO CANCEL, (1-2 WERE AT MY HOUSE WAITING& WAITING) BUT NO ONE FOR FRI MORNING. I HAD TO MOVE ALL MY BELONGINGS FROM A 2 BEDROOM HOME, DECK AND PATIO, YARD DECOR AND 2 CAR GARAGE PATICALLY BY MYSELF, MY REALTOR DID HELP A LITTLE BIT WHEN SHE FINALLY GOT THERE. HOW CAN THEY EXPECT EVERYONE TO HAVE IPHONES?? OR ACCESS TO INTERNET? WHY IS THERE NO OTHER WAY TO GET THE ACCESS CODE FOR THE LOCKBOX (TO GET KEY FOR A TRUCK) WITHOUT HAVING TO RELY ON CYBERSPACE???? SO SO SO MAD!!!!
JOANNE SCHUMANNI picked in person pick up. Got to the location and no one was there. No one contacted me before to give me direction. Had to call U-Haul and have some nice girl walk me through the steps. The lock the uhaul keys were in was nearly broken. It added on an extra 45 mins to get the box unlocked. We were late to moving out of my apartment. There wasn’t any dollys or furniture pads that I added on. That caused a major inconvenience. On top of it, the uhaul sounded like and drove like it was going to breakdown any moment. Terrible service from the location and it really set me back during moving. I was told someone would be reaching out and they never did. I was still charged for the service.

nancy rayThe person necessary to help us get our keys for the truck was not available at our scheduled time causing us to be over 30 minutes past our scheduled time. Also, the gas tank had about 1/8 of a tank in it to start out. Thankfully, a gas station nearby but again causing more delays in our schedule. We were on a tight schedule that day so was very annoyed and disappointed at what should have been a quick pick up.
