the text communication was slow. i did not get the condition assessment questionnaire until i was well underway. i was worried that if i had missed anything on my initial walk around that i would be held liable if i answered the questionnaire. the drop off text came hours after i left the trailer at the drop off location. it basically said that i would need to get dressed, move cars and drive back to the drop off location or be charged a $20 convenience fee. This is absolutely unacceptable. i will be considering a different option for my next towing need. this is in no way a reflection on midway tire. their customer service is SUPERB!

Facility was very versatile with several different items to purchase. Not just a rental center. I pull a lot of trailers and the owner came out to help me hook the car trailer to my truck instead of just assuming that I knew what I was doing. To me this wasn't important because I have over 35 years of experience BUT in seeing the concerns for the customer by the owner, not just an employee,that shows his interest in customer satisfaction. He explained everything in detail and I was impressed with how much he was involved. I highly recommend this uhaul facility.

Return site as the pick up site was awesome. The vehicle was great zero issues.

Nothing about the rental location but I have a few things for U-haul. I rented this trailer to pickup a new lawn mower. I drove almost 2hrs to get the mower only to find it wouldn't fit the 6x12 trailer I rented. Not because the mower was too big but the way the trailer gate/ramp is designed. Most trailers have full width gate opening, but this trailer has framing on each side of gate narrowing the opening. Yes the body is 6x12 but way smaller at gate opening. I had to leave the mower and luckily the salesman took time out of his weekend to bring it to me. So I paid for gas and trailer for a wasted trip.

I wish we were asked for feedback regarding the customer service when we had a flat tire on the trailer. Dispatch is the department uhaul needs to improve. What a fiasco and less than helpful until we demanded to talk to a manager. Very frustrating when your call is disconnected after 30 minutes and the rep doesn’t callback. Then we had to call again and waited on hold for 20 minutes. Not fun in 90 degree weather. The manager was very helpful and knew his job.

The lady at the counter did not know the system and eventually went to get help after messing up 3 times. The truck had a lot of damage to outside of it which i was not charged for but still looked like junk. The truck also had no cruise control. A truck for moving distances with no cruise??? I will be sure to ask next time. Truck drove well and had no vehicle issues. Have used uhaul before. Would rate this as 5 out of 10

Pinnacle storage canceled by reservation 10 minutes before I walked into the door to give my truck away to their friend. I know they were friends because they were talking about working together.
