The link sent to upload your photos of identification did not work and the staff inside were not helpful at all. I had to figure it all out by myself to finally get the information that U-Haul needed to leave with the truck

Trailer cable was stolen before I could pick it up making me have to wait, a extra amount of time, even tho after I told u-haul when I made the booking I would like to pick the trailer up early like 8am bug I couldn't get it till 10am with the set back that almost took a 1hr u-haul has wasted my time 2 times in 2 weeks
RYAN DOur reservation was shifted to this location. When we went to pick up the truck at 7:30am, the location wasn't even open. We called UHaul and tried to get our rental through the app but I ended up in someone else's account who used to have my phone number. I had access to ALL their personal information which seems like a failure on UHaul's end. We finally managed to use the app with the help of an agent who had to manually change the reservation and phone numbers. We had waited over an hour at this point and the clerk at the store helped other people instead of us whenenever they showed up to buy things. It took us nearly 2 hours to get our truck.

chico pI had to go about a half hour out of my way to get the truck and was told I could get it at 9am. I arrived but no one had told the person at the convenience store the time had been change. I feel that the truck should have been at a more convenient location and the gas tank should have been full, and then I could have filled. Instead of guessing and have to pay what ever they say to put it back to 1/4 tank.

Cory WYour computer system failed to work and caused me to lose 2 hours of my time. I called Customer Service and the rep tried his best to assist without support. The vehicle was manually dispatched which required leaving a a copy of my Driver License and Credit Card information with the dealer. This is a security issue.

David MWhen I called (five times) to confirm truck - no answer. When I arrived to pick up truck - man not there. Trailer was dirty and two back passenger tires (one on each side) had deep worn split cracks in them. We are lucky they didn't blow while traveling the 100 mile move.

Joanna MThe location was not welcoming and made me feel uncomfortable. The paperwork took a long time and I had many questions as a first time renter that were now reviewed. The back of the truck has soil on the floor and the front had many Cheetos on the seat. I cleaned all of this up before returning the truck.
Brett DEnsure the location is properly staffed along with the computers and credit machines working. It should not take an hour to check in, only to find a dirty truck along with the fuel meter not properly marked and have to wait another 10-15 minutes to leave.

Debbie EThe pick up location was really sketchy, and a little scary. Upon picking up the Uhaul they had very little information as to my pick up, it took a long time to check in and pick up the location. Very little information was provided to me and then i had to search around the building to find the truck with no direction. The agent took a copy of my ID and Credit card, and it was alarming because nothing seemed too legal or appropriate. Upon my return of the truck, the two individuals had no idea what they were doing and were very verbal on how they disliked this process. Which made me feel even better knowing they had a copy of my credit card and ID. I have received three different costs of my rental and i am unsure what amount to pay. Upon returning my uhaul they asked if it was ok they charge my credit card on file. I confirmed that yes it was ok to charge my card, my card to my understanding was not charged. I was never given a final amount in writing only verbally. The amount I was told is nothing to what the invoices are sent to me. ALl three invoices say different amounts. I am not sure how much to pay if i have to pay any. This is terrible experience. I was also told that if i rented a truck i would get the month of storage free, and yet I was charged for the one month of storage.

PRATIK SI booked the Tecumseh Rd E location weeks before, then was advised no truck was available and was sent to the Midway location where the furniture dolly I had also booked was not available. Not a good experience with U-Haul!!
andree rI tried to register on line to speed up the process but I couldn't open the terms and conditions agreement because it was not in a format that my computer could read, so I had to do it there.

RONALD Rtruck was parked in mud pool, the store person had to move it so i could get in. the clean white cement driveway i backed into to load was made dirty with the mud.

ADITYA KThe gentleman renting to us was very nice but understandably preoccupied with running the convenience store. When he could serve us, he did a good job. The Dougall location that referred us to here was horrible. They didn't have our reserved truck and did little to help the situation.
colin fWe requested a 17' foot truck and got a 26' truck. It was too big for me to handle and when I called to try to switch trucks I was unable to get any satisfaction from anywhere. When I reserved and gave my credit card and ask for a 17' truck I expect that's what I should get. In the end I had to hire someone to drive the truck from Windsor to brampton On because I knew I would never be able to manage that large truck. A person should need a special license to drive one of those. I will never use UHaul again.

ROBERT DNothing needs improvement except perhaps letting me know if I can allow others to drive the rental since I'm volunteering for a charity and the truck could be used for a few more days without me as the signee.
ROGER LI was checked out fast and on my way. MidWay staff were kind, offered my boxes and other supplies. I thought it was a good experience. Brought it back and was checked in quick too.
Ron DThe people handling the paperwork did not know what they were doing. They had to cancel and re-do my contract 3 times. They are new to u-haul, and haven't learned the system very well yet.
CONNIE MI know this is only a variety store location but because dollies were locked out in the snow and cold the lock was frozen and they were covered with snow. They should consider putting up a utility shed to keep them in for bad weather.
