It was cramped and dirty. Attendant did not see our reservations and gave it to some one else. Then have us a truck reserved for someone else who had not yet arrived We were told by Sharonville office it would cost $1,000 to drop off truck there instead of original site! It was a long and unpleasant day .

The lady she explained everything terribly ended up charging us 101 dollars for 31 miles I told her I will be going 60 miles and she said we would be getting money back so we get back something was wrong with the meter after 31 miles of driving it went up some how and she said she would have to charge us 9.50 because we filled it up past the line we got it we was thinking it was bull but we just wanted to be done so she minus the 9.50 from the 20 we should've got back for not going the whole 60 miles so then she came up with some more bull why we don't get anything back we just left never going back there again recommend everyone stay away from this location

Your gas gauge is not very responsive. I stopped filling as soon as I saw the gauge start to move and it moved another 1/8 tank after I stopped fueling. Not happy about giving you all an 1/8th tank when I'm struggling to make ends meet. Gas is 3.15 per gallon. It would be awesome if you could refund me that back somehow.

I booked online for 4 hours via the 24/7 hour pickup that Uhaul promotes. However, when I woke up to get the truck at 7am, I got an alert saying I couldn't pick it up at 7am, I had to wait until the location opened at 8am - so my 4 hour rental was now down to 3 hours. When I arrived at the location they took their good old time getting me logged into the system, so by the time I actually got my truck, it was 8:30 and I could only have the truck for 2.5 hours now. The reason the timing sucked is ALSO because the location told me they couldn't loan me the truck unless I promised I'd have it back by 11am, because the online reservation system books rentals back-to-back. Which is normally fine, but given I was TOLD online I could pick-up the truck at 7am, but that morning told I couldn't pick it up at the scheduled time, that was a HUGE problem. The location told me it'd charge me a $50 fee if it was late. All of this just sucks. I rented a truck for FOUR hours, not 2.5 hours and I was treated as though I was inconveniencing everyone because I rented online and used the 24/7 hour service. If the location doesn't OFFER the 24/7 servicing, DON'T offer it online. It screwed up the entire day and we got half-moved (this after the movers already failed to show up during the original moving day {not UHaul's fault}). This is a dumb service and didn't save me any time or heartache.

MidTown Tire LLC has provided my family the very best in service for renting a moving truck. Fast, cureous, professional service. We have rented from MidTown Tire LLC 4 times in the past 2 years, and every visit has been great. I would recommend other UHaul locations model their services afte this location.

Filling out the return report was annoying and a hassle. Every time it directed me to take a picture, I had to exit the browser to open my camera. Then going back to the browser,I would have to restart the process. Every single time. I'm not going to waste time like that again or suffer a convenience fee.

When I got there I wasn't told they don't take cash, luckily my friend had a credit card with them. The Uhaul truck was parked in a bad spot to pull out, had to go between a van parked 5ft away and a huge pothole dip in the sidewalk that lead to the busy main street which happens to be at a traffic light, couldn't see to my right pulling out so had no clue if traffic was coming or not. That is very dangerous this needs to be looked into, had someone hot me they would of said it was my fault eventhough any person pulling out from that back spot wouldn't be able to see anything to the right coming from that traffic light. And the gas meter kept jumping around so you don't know exactly how much gas you've really used, that needs to be checked

Trying to charge me 180.00 for 4 hrs or less of use because the gas was a hairline off of a quarter tank and a lil dirt was in back when truck was dirty not clean and now I can't get refunded my 40.00 never will use again and I won't advise no one else to use uhaul

Everything went well except for the truck I wanted was not there. I ordered the big truck and ended up with a smaller truck and had to take three trips instead of one. But the people was kind and courteous and friendly. and I should have got a bigger discount since I had to take three trips instead of one.

I came in at 10PM and dropped off the key - I went back in the morning and saw the instructions for check-in. The app got to the step where I could add my dashboard photo. I had taken one the night before but the app did not have the option to upload it. So, I called after they opened. It took 2 more follow up phone calls to finish up the return. The woman who finished the check-in was friendly and helpful - I think they were very busy that morning.

The North Bend location was cool. But I reserved the Spring Grove Uhaul location. When I arrived to pick up my truck with a dolly, my truck was not there. I had to relocate to a different Uhaul location which was a inconvenience plus it added extra mileage to my move. I was not happy with that part of my experience. In addition I was not compensated for the inconvenience. I would appreciate a call from management regarding my bad experiences. Gracias

I paid for a dolly and no dolly was in the truck. I was charged $75 after turning the truck in for a dolly. I contacted Midwest Tire and they did follow up to make sure that that charge is removed and my money is refunded.

There were a lot of rental options available on site, which also limited customer parking, so I parked on the street (residential). Would not stop me from using this location in future.

I was unable to return the vehicle virtually via my phone as the link sent to me via text displayed the following error “Something went wrong on our end, we've made a log of what happened and will fix the issue as soon as possible. Please try again in a few moments”. I tried again multiple times but the error continued. As a result, I was charged an extra fee for not returning the vehicle correctly. Not sure what else I could of done.

Well, I was charged 10.50 for gas for traveling a total of 3 miles. I put 2.00 gas in the truck. The picture that was posted was not a representation of the amount of gas that was actually in the truck. I received it with less than what was in the picture but was unable to post a different picture. That is a scam to get extra money to me. I had already paid for 2 miles more than I actually went but was still charged 10.50 for gas. This is the second time that they have added extra charges for gas that shouldn't have been applied. It is very unprofessional as well. I gave them a second chance and will never do it again.

We rent trucks for Ministry often by far this was then worst experience. When walking in no one had on a mask and there was even a lady smoking inside the location. The truck had an awful smell and had let hair all over the floor of the truck. It was pulled up by the guy at U-Haul so he had to smell it. I had to have the truck so I drove it. I ended up driving it back (15 miles from where I was picking up food to give out to those in need) to show the guy at U-Haul he did not look at it he told me he would give me a discount when I returned the truck. Not only was no discount given I had to pay the mileage to bring the truck up to the place. When I returned the truck the young man that took it in said he smelled the truck when it came in last. Maybe this was a one off and I happened to be the one. The people at the location were nice but I rented a truck not nice people. I normally don't write bad reviews but this one was written to help the location become better. The last thing I wanted to experience was getting out of a truck to deliver food smelling like cigarettes and dog urine. If the truck was clean I would have not commented at all.

Make sure that the moving trucks are properly maintained. The truck we got was not really safe to drive. Overall my experience with U-Haul was above average.

Let us know ahead of time that you will be scanning our drivers' licenses. That was a bit much and I did not appreciate it, particularly because I had no idea who would be receiving this information. I called the 1-800 number and was on hold for an extremely long time. This caused an unnecessary amount of stress for me and the service provider. Had this not been an emergency, I would have cancelled the reservation and gone elsewhere. Cell phones DO NOT offer the type of security that would limit the chance of identity theft. I don't blame the service provider; I blame U-Haul. That was really ridiculous!
