Did not have the appliance dolly we requested. Did not find that out till we went for the truck. Had to go to another location to get one. That cost is time we didn’t have to spare.

Go ti different location will not be back here. They charged my card for services I opted out of how illegal you cant do this. And the the guy Roger said only large boxes said I wod have to go some where else so I had to travel accross town to another Uhaul what, kind of business is this when I called back in to make sure every thing was good with check in Jake informed he charged me for services I opted out and they do have boxes. I am so lost to how this location stays open. Will never be back where is Uhauls core values and ethics so upset. As far as improvement the location is as good as its employees so its a lost cause. And I saw all there bad reviews for there location.

Very difficult to find. The attendant was not present on site and had to call to find him. Had to insert information three times in a computer.

I really appreciated that they filled the tank up before I picked it up so you're not playing the game of trying to guess how many gallons will bring a tank of unknown capacity back up to the 3/4 line when you're turning in your truck like the last 2 times I rented a u-haul truck.

The only issue with our truck was that if you wanted to close the doors for either the driver or passenger sides, you had to swing with the night of Thor’s Hammer to get it closed. Other than that it was awesome and will definitely be back for future moving needs.

The guy completed the rental contract, and told me the trailer was out back...he wanted me to hook it up and just drive away. I asked if he could hook it up and check lights etc., so he did. But the idea that he wanted me to hook it up surprised me.

I was going to return my item to a store closer to home, but if I did so I would be charged another 40 dollars. I only had the item for 3 hours and paid for 24 hr rental so I believe that was unfair I would be charged more for nothing

It was dirty when I picked it up. But I cleaned it when I took it back. It was ok. Not a big deal, I just didn't want to be blamed for it being dirty so We cleaned it front and back. Thanks for the overall. Best experience ever!! ****

Go to Penske. Renting a truck from Uhaul is like trying to get a mortgage. I will never use Uhaul again unless they are the only game in town. Penske was so easy. I was in and out in a few minutes. With Uhaul, I started at 9am and didn't get out until 2:30pm. It held up the entire operation and really made things stressful and inconvenient. Again, I will not be using Uhaul and I will be recommending my friend not walk but RUN from Uhaul over to Penske.

First. Manager attitude was not accomatating.I (BK) was driving thisvrental truck for blind friend, (B.B.) so he was acting impatient toward her because she had difficulty getting there promptly. Not full tank of gas.

Fuel surcharge was assessed, despite having put more than the recommended amount of fuel back in per the chart on my paperwork. The location manager reported a disparity of 1/8 which is completely false. I filled it to just below half as was indicated on my paperwork.

reservation and confirmation was for equipment to be picked up at a different location. It wasn't until I arrived at the originally designated location that I found out that I had to go to a different location. This is the second time that this confirmation then switch has occurred.

This is incorrect. I did not pickup the truck in West Virginia. I also did not pick it up at the location I booked for, one month in advance. Happily, some U-Haul and contracted employees did what they had to, to minimize the damage to me and my moving plan. The fact that you are asking me to rate a location that I was nowhere near is indicative of the screw ups that did occur.

The rental experience was frustrating. The guy running the office messed up the credit card machine and took 5 minutes to fix it. Then he spent 15 minutes trying to get the printer to print my contract and eventually had to tell me just to go without it. I had made my reservation online and had filled out my details ahead of time which was good or I may have never gotten out of there. Lastly, I was able to buy boxes but no box tape or bubble wrap. So I had to drive to the UPS store to buy the rest of my supplies. It was a mess.
