Bradley EI have been renting a truck from U-Haul on a weekly basis for almost a year now and found that out of the local rental sites this one is the best by far. The Manager there, Byron, ensures the truck is clean, gassed up and ready to go each and every week. James BThe staff was very helpful once I explained my concern over the charge to my account. Byron tried to help me rectify the messed up contract with the 113 mile overage and called the local UHaul traffic office to get assistance. The office rep told him that she was not authorized to process a refund for that amount and the manager would look at it and call me back. I have yet to receive a call back from the manager of the traffic office. Byron was so kind and helpful and I would recommend this location any time.
Cindy MI rent a U-Haul every Wednesday. Up until yesterday I have used the Store on N. Main Street, which was okay but never friendly and always seemed like they are doing me a favor by renting me a truck. I found the store on Waldo Rd to be the best I have used so far. The Manager there, Byron, went above and beyond to see I was taken care of. I look forward to seeing him again next week and would recommend his location to any and all who are looking for a rental. 5 Stars for sure Regards, James Bowers
James BDropped off on Saturday. No personnel on site. Again had to contact Uhaul Customer service and advised them I had dropped off truck at location and secured keys in lock box at the gate. Had issues with internet connection so I could not enter online info for drop off.
Juan SThe reservation software needs to be updated. At no fault to the staff, I spent almost an hour arguing with them about the deal I had received when booking my uhaul. I was supposed to get 4 days and 320 miles to do what I needed to do and bring it back for an $80 discount. Instead, the system was saying I needed to pay full price and only got 160 miles. The staff was really good about trying to figure out the problem with me and after finally deciding to just rebook the truck for a 1 way trip, the system offered me the same deal again. The staff was super helpful but it still was a waste of roughly an hour of my time.

Cedrick PDirections to this location involved me jumping a curb from a Sonys bbq parking lot and get out and walk into what looks like it may be an abandoned building into a buisness that im sure is just a front for something else. Got truck was way bigger then planned cause apparently this area has a shortage onntrucks... medicalbemergency happened. And my need for truck needed to be extended multiple times. Come to find out u didnt know i wqs able to have truck till sunday b4 being charge by day.. andni had free storage. For a month... which was a lie. Nonwhere within 40 miles has a unit avaliable nor one thesizenof what i was hauling .. my familynm during this time when inthought it was okay to have the truck when i talked to people in scheduling apparently it wasn't because cops were being threated through texts . Tried to get storage ui was told about. Giot denied
