I would like to suggest (this is not a complaint) that more appliance dollies be available for customers. We were able to make do with the hand trucks and utility dolly. Otherwise our experience was 5 star. The price of the rental and the on-site management â€œEvelinâ€ was very knowledgeable and friendly at Mid-Gard self storageMICHAEL L.

When returning the vehicle no one was there so the key was left in the box. Later on got an email stating you owe more than what was on the bill. The fuel in the vehicle was the right amount but charged you for fuel. Charge for more than the days you actual had the rentalSHARON B.

I had a terrible experience. Truck was not available for pick up at the original location. Staff in Buford location not helpful at all. I had to call multiple numbers, got disconnected three times before my wife solved the problem. Really poor serviceRandy M.

I pick up a 26 " long and a tow Sunday 7/11/21 and she was very informative, wanting to help,very much passionate about getting me out of there. With that massive truck. The girl that checked me in was extremely rude. She was very nadty to me for no apparent reason. She was not wearing mask and she threw papers and the key at me. The truck was very dirty . The location was phenomal and very helpful. The problem was with Uhual. The computer said it would carry my car which is a 2013 Grandsport Corvette coupe. There is no way frontwards or backwards that car hauler will haul a corvette. So I paid for a day and got nothing for it. Like I said the location was awesome but this one is on uhaul.MICHAEL H.

No notification that the location was changed. I just happened to look at my account on line to see it. My pick up time was listed an hour after the location closed. When I talked to the kid at counter, he told me that I could not get the equipment that I had ordered a week earlier and that I would have to take truck and pick up at another location (which I would be charge mileage for). Also did not tell me until I was there that the truck did not have a ramp.Gina H.

I feel I was GROSSLY over charged, rushed through the rental process and not shown the truck beforehand. Somehow I was charged $30 in fuel for 5 gallons. Not sure who made up the gas prices that day. The customer service agent I dealt with was extremely rude and condescending. You took over $200 of my money for two one day rentals in the same city (6 miles one way) and a quarter tank of gas. NEVER AGAIN. The truck rental was $29.99.Shawnell W.
