The issue comes in with the lack of communication and application of my excess payment hold.

TANESHIA G.The van I rented was filthy dirty and smelled terrible. Also the tire pressure sensor light stayed on as well as the No wiper fluid light. The van was nasty! The cargo bed was black dirty. I didn't want to put my bag on the ground. When I returned it and complained I was told the area manager might call me or might not. Depended on whether he felt like it. I rent a lot from this place for work and maintain a storage unit there. I asked for a discount and was told the area mgr may or may not call me. I asked them to at least waive the gas charge as I returned it 3/4 full instead of full. Staff was rude and dismissed by complaints. If I don't get a call back from u haul or their area mgr by Monday 1/16 I will start renting cargo vans elsewhere.

Sonya R.The location is fine accept when I tried to check out the van the morning of Jan 03, your system could not identify my location on my phones (I tried with both my Iphones). I was standing next to the van and your system was indicating I was 1.7 miles away. I moved 30 yards and your system indicated I was 0.6 miles away. I ended up walking around the building and back and finally found a spot near the office entrance. The building may be interfering with the gps satellite readings. Regardless this is an issue. It delayed my checkout process by 25 minutes, which is unacceptable. I will not use this location again bless I can pick up the vehicle during office hours. The representative I spoke with who tried to help me with the process was very professional and helpful. The staff in the office was their first hen I returned the van. There were courteous. The return was a pleasant experience.

Nicole B.I came today to pick up a 10 feet truck for 2 hours, when I picked up the truck I was make sure to take pictures and video of the truck including the mileage and the fuel just like I do it all the time when renting. When I came back and drop off the truck the lady on the front desk *Jasmine Johnson* claimed that I need to be charged for gas, I explained her that I filled out gas just before I drop off the truck and also show her the clear pictures I did at 14:33pm when i picked up the truck showing that I actually put gas MORE THEN THEY GIVE ME THE TRUCK to begin with. She decided to Ignore if even though she saw it clearly the picture of how the gas was before I picked up. She was also mentioned that people do mistakes and she wrote the gas on the contract different then the real fuel so I can't understand her behavior. My review is not about the money as its more about the principle and how you treat customers. As I'm very responsible for this things and that's why I took very clear pictures and videos before to prevent such incidents. additionally I was renting from this place before so she could see me on her system that I'm a loyal consumer but not anymore. This was my last time in this place. *Attached to this review the truck fuel Picture I took at 2:33pm, the contract shows that i picked up the truck at that time 2:29pm as well as the gas receipt when I paid at shell gas station before bringing back the truck. Oren D.Made a reservation to pick up via app at 10am on Sunday Sep 25th. I was there at 10:15 am, checked in on the app and it said the truck could only be picked up via hand delivery, I called UHaul customer service and had to wait for about 1.5 hrs to actually be able to speak to a representative who could be of help, by then it was already 11:56 AM, the location was opening at noon so the representative told me to just wait some more minutes and pick up my truck via hand delivery, I then had to stand in line for 30 minutes only to be told I didn't have a reservation so there was no truck for me, after a lot of arguing and hassle I finally got my truck at 1:45 PM, almost 4 hours after my reservation was supposed to start! AWFUL SERVICE!

Lee B.I've not rented from this location in quite a long time. It seems entirely different in the most positive ways. It appears there has been a lot of change. I was greeted in such a positive way, with such great energy. Jasmine took care of me and was so very efficient in explaining everything and helping. Kelli was also there at the time and they both were great. Positive attitude and kindness goes a long way, and these 2 ladies exhibited both in such an inviting fashion. From now on, I will only rent from this location and do so because of the experience credited to Jasmine and Kelli.

Spencer M.I reserved a truck and then it disappeared from your site. Had to calll and reserve again. Then someone called and said I had 2 reservations and asked to cancel one When I went to pick up the truck they had no reservation or truck available. Had to drive across town do a different location. Frustrated and wasted 2 hours on moving day.

If you could hire 50 “Tias†you would still want to search for another one. She is that good! I have not had that positive of an experience in any service industry in a long time.

We have a corporate account with enterprise that I could use but I choose this location because I have my work storage unit there. This lady rental will probably push me to enterprise if clean vans and trucks are no longer a priority.
