GIULIA FThe entire cab smelled like cigarettes so strongly that it gave me a migraine. There was a cigarette butt and ashes in the cup holder.
Brittney JHaving to talk to a video screen was a little annoying, but all in all it went ok.
Rodney HApp/online checkout did not work and required me to call which took about 30 minutes or more. Guess there was server issues which i understand occur. But there was no one actually PHYSICALLY at the location. Which ended up being a huge problem in my case... I dont recommend any location with nothing but virtual people who can't help with anything when actual issues arise.

Edgar AThe app is shit and wouldn't work when I tried returning the 10' truck I rented which resulted in me being charged an extra $120 after already being charged $150. Ended up paying a total around $270 so yeah not too happy with your services. Have a nice day.

KEVIN GNo one works there-- thankfully there is a guy at Midgard Storage that can help you. Your keys to the vehicle are in a lockbox-- that is rusty. I had a hard time getting it opened-- and panicked because it took forever and no one was around. I understand Uhaul wants to cut back on costs. But cutting on people is awful. Hire people, they make a difference. The vehicle was dirty when I opened it-- old and grimy. I was scared to touch the steering wheel. Overall very disappointing.
Lola D1) make sure the vehicle has fuel!, this vehicle's dash lights lit up before reaching the Lakewood ranch drive needing fuel 2) make sure tires are balanced , @ 70mph the front end was bouncing all over the road 3) make sure customer picks up vehicle where rented from (last 3 rentals have been moved to other pickup places causing issues)

Keith VGood morning. The process of getting the keys was long and confusing. The miles that actually the truck showed were different from the miles indicated at the check in. nicole sThis Midgard Self Storage location has a number of UHual's available to rent. The staff is very nice and understanding which makes the process of moving or storing your items so much easier. When I move again for school I will use Midgard again.
Amy TGot charged for a furniture dolly and a pack of moving blankets and never got them. Will be calling to have the charges removed from my bill. Very difficult to find the location even with the GPS plus limited parking.

Ed AThere was no one on-site when I arrived at my rental time. It said to call a number if the door was locked because the manager should be on-site but I called 4 times and no one answered. No apology or anything when he finally showed up.

ALEJANDRO OCheck the message/information center on vehicle. Vehicle was picked up and returned after hours which was excellent and convenient. The low tire pressure light was on and the vehicle information/message center on dash board read low tire pressure and to add air to tire.

Gerald GHorrible horrible horrible experience! I wasted 2 hours of usage time that I still had to pay for. Supposedly my truck was where I needed to pick it up but in the inventory of a different location. Then the appliance dolly and furniture pads I reserved weren't there and was told by the associate that "Just because you reserve them doesn't mean you get them" in a condescending tone. She was unprofessional and because she was able to figure out the issue (which is her job) acted like I should be greatful and asked not to be blasted on the review. Not only that, after waiting 2 hours I had to go around to find an appliance dolly and furniture pads. Show up there, they had the furniture pads but no dolly. So even more wasted time I had to drive to a local Home Depot and pay $30/day for an appliance dolly rental. So after 3.5 hours of wasted time of what should have taken no more than 15 minutes I had what I needed. I would like a call from Uhaul to lodge a complaint. If I don't receive one, they will lose my business forever!
Christopher DEither the a/c or transmission was whining on the truck. The sound would come and go intermittently. I didn't want to drive any more than I had to due to paying 79 cents a mile. I reported the issue..U Haul can figure it out. Mileage gets expensive especially when you have to drive 10 miles to pick up and drop off. I took the $14 "insurance" in case something happened and did not want it on my claim record but it's definitely presented in a scary way...if something happens you will be billed immediately and I still trying to figure out what the environmental fee was, exactly. Both the insurance and environmental fees are profit centers.
DOUG ZUhual people I spoke to gave me bad info on returning a car trailer. Basically many encounters & uhual employees have no idea what they are doing or saying. The lady today was helpful today but previous drop off gave me grief when I did what the uhual employee told me to do at another location. Once again same scenario & now she understood but at my expense.

Hatem EI ordered a furniture dolly and 12 pads. I was already running late for pickup then when i get there they have 2 pads and no dolly at all. I had to drive their truck on my gas and my mileage at $.99 a mile to go puck uo remaining oads and a dolly. When i get there the dolly is not the furniture dolly. Its the utility dolly which is half the price. Then i was late getting back there and they had the nerve to take on a couple extr dollars for mileage. They should of lined me uo w truck and pads and dolly at another locatiin day before and called me. And just be advised small trucks do not have a tamp which i did not know or i would of ordered bigger truck. So everything had to be lifted manually
Michael HChris was incredible to work with as everything was just as it was supposed to be. The property sits nestled back on a beautiful drive in the heart of Lakewood Ranch. Highly recommend and I’ve moved all over this country.

If you’re in need of storage hustle on over to this location and ask for Ms Karen, you’ll be glad you did. Thanks again!
Corey BI was charged for a furniture dolly that was not in the van when I picked it up and stated it was not in the van when i was going through the pick up procedure. AC took a long time to get cool and would only stay cool when driving for awhile.
DINA BThe vehicle could use new wipers and had no wiper fluid.
Susanne WI scheduled a 9:30 appointment, but I was unable to get the truck since the system wouldn't let me. The staff clarified that the previous customer did not check out the car online. So I had to reschedule the pickup time, which completely derailed my plan and wasted all of my travel time. In addition, I rented a dolly but didn't get it since it's unavailable in the store despite I rented successfully online, which made my moving of furniture extremely difficult. This was my very first time using Uhaul, and I'm extremely disappointed.
