TODD MThe key drop box was not as indicated in the photo for this location. It was hidden on the OPPOSITE side of the building from the U-Haul trucks and entirely hidden around a corner. Had a worker not been onsite, we would have never found it.

OLUTOPE OGreat experience with uhaul
Jason TTaxes were 32% of the rental charge! I was also charged a $5.00 environmental fee (extral profit fee) that was not previously disclosed. The Extra day fee is $40 but you don't get a any credit if you turn in the truck a day early.
Richard FI received my truck at 1230pm and returned it the next day at 1210 I rented it for 24 hours and was charged for 2 days, they also charged me for fuel and charged me as if I had not filled it with gas I feel robbed I do not recommend them.

Randy HI did not have one problem with either location. My problems started when I first tried to make a reservation online. The website must have been having issues, as it would not let me get to the checkout/confirmation. So, I waited 2 days, and in that time, the price went up $70. I then called in to asked them to add an appliance dolly because it did not take me to the page to order one. Somehow i was disconnected from the first call, so I called back, and they added it. Somewhere in that time, something changed about my reservation, as when I opened my confirmation email (the morning of pickup) the pickup location was all wrong. When I called customer service, they said they could see my original reservation was pick up in SC and drop off in TN. I was transferred twice and they changed the reservation to 11am at a different location. When I arrived, the location did not open until 12pm. I had to come back an hour later and when I did, they had no appliance dolly.

ADIA PThe unit that was rented was very filthy, dirty and smelt of cigarettes. There was chewing tobacco spit bottles in and under the seats. One had leaked out. Windows were dirty with cigarette smoke haze and foot prints on passenger side. Windshield had 1 crack n rock chips. This unit did not receive a vehicle inspection. I did not receive the vehicle pre-inspection report or rental agreement which I was told everything was ok and did not need it. I did not receive all blankets that were paid for I was missing 12 of them. This vehicle was driven from Greenville SC to Caribou Maine and should be kept for local use only. It has a severe shake at 60 mph and above from the front end. It has a very loud audible transmission noise.

FRANCISCO MI am being over charged and I have called and talked with someone. They said they would look into it and call me back. More than 24 hours later I have heard nothing. I left a email still nothing.

Susan BI would recommend this location but I do have a issue with your corporate office I tried calling them numerous of times today because of extra billing on my actt a week and half later after returning the rental I requested a few call backs thru the automated system and only received one when I told her my problem then before she ever got any information from my acct she asked me to hold please I sat on the phone for 35 mins and then was hung up on...as far as the location in greenville they were polite and the new hire there was very polite and made the visit enjoyable just wish your corporate office could be half as pleasant to deal with as this location
Zachary GThere are alot of trucks and objecrs in spots so it is hard to maneuver trucks in the lot to get to your storage spots.
Stephanie DBrittany was the best at getting us taken care of. The staff at the Uhaul help line were able to direct me to another location for the trailer since the original site was closing.

Faye BI ordered a furniture dolly one month ago when I made the reservation and it wasn’t there when I picked up the truck. They didn’t bill me, but it made the move a little harder with just the regular dolly.
Joe MComplete opposite of pick up location. Gentleman came out and helped us drop off the truck. Seemed very happy that we were dropping of a 20 foot truck.

DONALD CI dropped off the uhaul after hours. The key box was easily found. The next day I received an email stating they received the truck and everything was in order. Very easy and fast drop off.

Marva MI returned the trailer at 9:45am, then received a call that night at 5:45pm, asking where the trailer was. The gentleman that called me was the same person that checked in the trailer at 9:45am! No apology, just that "he sees a lot of people during the day" and "would have to get back to me".
