jeff salakThe truck is in urgent need of servicing and repairs. The engine is in need of a tune up, the driver's side door is difficult to close, wheels are out of alignment, the brake need to be checked and the right side mirror cannot be adjusted.

Dee phippenIt’s already great, nothing to improve. Except for your Internet connection which is very slow and has really slowed me down on getting a rental contract completed. Highly recommend TMOBILE for this area and not Comcast.
JACKIE MACEHave a mobile number to call when employees have the front door locked and are working in the mini storage buildings. There is a note on the door with a phone number but it’s the office number. You can hear the phone ringing in the office while standing outside i the elements. This doesn’t help. Everything else was great.
DOUG OLIVENothing. The apps reliability was spot on. The truck great. However, the manager at the storage unit Courtney went above and beyond the call of duty, keeping a warm smile on her face the entire time, helping us with much. Please give her a raise. Her level of care with customers is non-existent any where.

Douglas MooreThe ladies at MidGard were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The facilities were very nice, and clean. The truck was clean, but definitely needs maintenance. It was fine for a local move, but we would not have been comfortable using that truck for a long-distance move.

Robert BlackMidgard Storage was great! The best! Uhaul sucked. The Uhaul website was the most horrible method of retail sales I have ever experienced. Their customer service call center makes me want to throw my phone. I will NEVER recommend Uhaul to a friend or a worst enemy. They moved my pickup spot and delivery and never notified me of the change. They changed my contract. They provided NO help and in fact were EXTREMELY counterproductive.
Joseph FranklinVery good experience. Josh and Dieon of Family Movers were excellent. Josh called me in a mater of minutes after I made the reservation. They were right on time and we were delayed getting there. Josh and Dieon had half of the furniture out of the house by the time we got there. They did not waste any time and they knew what they were doing. Very professional.

Phillip FrazierI was charged for additional mileage for my trip even though I had to drive 46 miles from my requested pick location (Montgomery, AL) to pick up the truck at an alternate location (Greenville, AL). I didn't mind driving to Greenville to get the truck, but the trip should have been plotted from the actual pick-up location (Greenville), not from Montgomery. That's what caused the overage of mileage for the trip.

Dustin GambrellI was disappointed because I booked an online reservation to include the furniture dolly. The pick up time was 9am. I drove to this location, which was out the way, because the site said they had a furniture dolly and as a woman, it would be impossible for me to lift a washer without it. The worker could not locate the dolly at first, I left to go to Walmart to buy a dolly. I then received a call to come back because he found one. At this point it was not 1030, and my reservations guaranteed a 9am pick up time with equipment ready. Now, the work did his part by calling other places to see if they had a furniture dolly but no one would give him one. He finally located it inside a vehicle that was dropped off. I was supposed to buy a washer and dryer from a 3rd party, meet time was 10am. Since I arrive after 11am, I was told that it had sold, therefore I never used the furniture dolly because the washer and dryer was sold to someone else. The guarantee with your reservation is a joke. I will never ever book ahead online again. I will deal with the actual uhaul location that I am looking to rent from. I tried calling the 1800 number and was on hold for 20 mins without an answer. This trip was horrible.

Matthew RodenNo air conditioning in truck and took a long time to get contract to even get the truck. Truck was old and wore out and burnt my foot just to push the accelerator. Heat coming from floor board that burned my foot to push gas pedal.
