It was difficult to figure out where to drop the truck off. There were no "Middleton Group" signs anywhere.

Darnell was OUTSTANDING Without him I would of been lost I rented a uhaul and had storage elsewhere and because of Darnell I ended up canceling the other place and renting at the facility where the uhaul was Darnell’s customer service was the best I have seen in a long time -as a BUISNESS owner I meet all sorts of people and I would steal Darnell in a heart beat. He made our moving experience bearable and he treated us like friends not just another customer!!!!

the truck was mostly clean but had evidence of food on the console. it is time to vacuum it out.

The "poor" location rating is for Your UHAUL online check in system, as it is a total nightmare. 3 calls to customer service, 40 minutes of unmitigated frustration, because the 2nd drop off location I was directed to (first one too full to take the truck) was closed. Finally just threw the keys in the box. The manager there was great the next day, checked everything in before I even called, but your online system is a disaster. FIX IT!!!

I was quite pleased with this rental experience. Everything went smoothly. Very nice and friendly staff. No hidden fees. Overall great experience.

No one was there, no one answered the phone, and when I called customer support the next day they finally helped me figure it out but then assured me that a manager would call me within the next 72 hours to discuss my full refund (due to the absolute disaster of a moving experience I had with you-- i reserved and paid for a 20 foot truck weeks in advance, which I did NOT get... see comments for pickup location). A manager NEVER called me, and I am absolutely disgusted with your company.
