Cynthia BAs a youth theatre director, i rent a UHaul regularly (every few months) to move set pieces. This location is the only one that I use. While others are occasionally closer, the customer service at this location is top notch, and they are accommodating if there is anything that I need unexpectedly. I highly recommend!

Brandi MThis location was great! However wee made a reservation and was sent to four different places before someone had the truck we reserved. Cost us an hour of our day driving around because U-Haul doesn’t have a great reservation system and it was ridiculous!

Michael CA few days ago I had received A message with a link to click on into the final process of returning your vehicle and keys after rental and it’s nowhere to be found now. I would’ve done that. I returned my rental at the middle Tennessee Boulevard location last night at about 8:30 PM which was Saturday, 26 August. I put gas in the tank and filled it backed up to the proper level. Other than them having to give me a 20 foot truck only when I ordered a 15 foot truck it all worked out and everything was fine. Would absolutely refer and use that same location for rental again

Pamela TI arrived to drop off the truck the evening before it was due to be returned, but after the dropoff location had closed for the day. Whomever checked in my one-way truck the following morning did not carefully review the contract paperwork. I was charged for fuel, even though I left more fuel in the tank than when I picked it up. I have submitted an email request to seek remediation, but as of this moment I have not heard back from this location or a UHAUL representative.
