Person in charge was knowledgeable and attentive
Michael FOffice was poorly maintained and no one was at the uHaul desk, although to be fair it was slightly past their closing time (door was unlocked and the office was open though, no signage otherwise). At least they had parking available to drop off the truck. Rest of the transaction was completed in the online app.

Rod DSend them elsewhere for service. Michael Cole Enterprises told me that they did not have my vehicle. He actually had two of them in the front lot. A man walked in and handed him a key and he told me it was my lucky day, but he now had a vehicle for me when actually, he now had two. He also requested that I bring the vehicle back to him and not drop it off in Kennett Square where I had originally asked to drop it off because he said he had to have it back. Not what I would call a customer oriented type person.

Stewart SEquipment and on-site service at the Return was excellent. However, U-Haul website needs work. Driver identity process using smart phone camera tok more than 5 minutes of work to accept my PA license that included a hologram picture. RTQ
Robert QTHis location was full of trailers and equipment, so parking was trickier. The owner, however, is extremely helpful and capable for anyone who needs assistance.

Atish SPick up and drop off were super easy---the vehicle's dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree.....need to be better mechanically maintained, was pretty clean though......would recommend this location----wish like mileage charge was not as much-----that is the one downfall of renting this type of vehicle.
Lisa EI have rented U-Haul equipment from this location several times, and it is great having a “neighborhood” location, which is smaller than others but is very convenient and provides great service.

JOHN VDid the mobile service and this was annoying. After getting there it took me about 30 mins just going through the steps to proceed. Half the questions they should have done prior like pictures of your driver license front and back for them to get an approval. them to verify with another person besides you.. this is all things that should have been done when you booked. Very annoying and most like won"t use that program again because of this delay
