There is NO PARKING in that facility! I had to leave my car on the street a block away! The U-Haul person there added insurance to my order without my consent! I specifically marked the no insurance option when I reserved the van online. I am still waiting for a U-Haul manager to contact me with a determination of whether or not I will get a refund of $21 for insurance I did not want. I would NEVER go back to that location to rent an equipment again!

Truck need a lot of maintenance. Steering wheel, goes from left to right and viceversa, causing not control. Driver door barely close.

Be ready and willing to help the customer. when I went to pick up the truck there was no one to assist me. I was told to come back in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes there was still no one to help me. That is when I called customer service, as I was on the line with Uhaul, an individual working in the shop realized I was about to complain so he came to finally assist me. As if I was a bother to him at that point. if they provide this service they should be willing to help the customers accordingly.

They were closed when I arrived. I gave the keys to someone who was associated with UHaul and working on other cars. It was very difficult to determine if they were a UHaul agency or not.

It was not clear where I could drop off the vehicle. It is in a traffic-congested area.

No English speaking persons present, office in two bay mechanic's garage. No one at the office during what should've been business hours (11:15 am) and no drop box.

Truck was belong blocked by another car they were fixing and I had to wait an hour to get the truck out and it smelled like poop inside. Very disappointed

Everything was great except charging customers a dollar per mile is ridiculous but customer service was awesome employees were very polite and truck was very maintain just didn’t agree on the dollar per mile was kind of disappointing

There is no assigned parking space. I was able to manage because I saw the other U-Haul trucks parked. The area is surrounded by three big garbage containers. The smell is unbearable covered in smelly mud.

The vehicle was dirty inside, the back had broken glass in it. All the tires were bald and one of them had a huge nail and hole in it. We ended up getting a flat tire and having to fix it. We lost 2 hours of time because of this. U-Haul did NOTHING about it and now has the balls to ask me for toll money which they charged my card for without my permission. I will NEVER rent from them again and will continue to post on social media the horrible experience I had with this rental.

The truck was really dirty with grease on the floor. How can people can place their furniture in that dirty floor. I had to put matts so my furniture don’t get dirty.

Online check in not available at the location once I checked in online at the site. The U haul website indicated I could check in online but once I got there I had to see the mechanic of the tire shop which was also a uhaul rep. Don’t make online check in available at this location if it’s actually not available. Waited about 40 minutes for someone to attend me

The rental process itself was quick and easy. Perhaps this may be most important at the end of the day, however your office needs to be clean, free of clutter and with a working AC. First impressions matter.
