Rental was delayed 1 hour because of delayed site opening and staff issues with rental/reservation. On-line reservation did not indicate that site is a U-Haul 'affiliate'.
Ken MI forgot that older guy name but he was really nice. I was able to get in and out with no issues.
Kari LSome times the gate was up when I arrived and was still up when I left. Anyone could enter the facility without a code.

Any time we needed to store things either large or small, long term or short term, we didn't hesitate to come back here. Pam V | Overall ExperienceMy parking place was P1. I understand the cost of doing business. I understand that prices increases. But my rent went from $85/month to $140/month for a 10x20 uncovered parking. I asked why? and the answer was; "because there are people out there willing to pay that much". I took this increase as if I was no longer welcome there. My own statistical analysis showed 7 storage places within 5 to 6 mile radius. They all had available spaces for the same exact parking space for $85/month. So I left. Who ever give you financial advice didnt know what was doing. I used this facilities before to store a boat and house furniture. But I can give positive reviews neither recommend anymore. I wish you the best. Good luck.

Charles D | Overall ExperienceUnder the U-Haul app, it would help if you can allow us to post pictures non out camera library when uploading mileage and gas instead of having to run back out the the truck multiple times to do it in real time. Also, for this location in particular, the staff was not trained on nor had the app on his phone to help me figure out the gas issue. I never did a walk around prior to taking the vehicle, signed the paperwork in good faith that all was well but when I got in the truck, the gas was lower than what I signed for. While attempting to check the truck back in online, it was going to charge me due to me filling the truck back up to the 1/4 tank level I received it. Paperwork documented that I was at 3/8 full but it was at 1/4. I took pictures of the gauge panel when I picked up the truck and when I got back. It matched but not to the paperwork. After wasting time trying to rectify this, my drop off time exceeded max allowable time to check it in. As of now, I was charged way more than originally quoted and I still need to call U-Haul to see what's going on. By the way, he called U-Haul to try and help me figure out the cost but instead the woman in the other end charged my card on file without letting me know. So here I am way over budget and not happy all this happened. Lessons learned but I will be contacting U-Haul immediately!! The truck radio was also broken when I got in. The volume control was bad! Again, we never did a walk through when I picked up the vehicle because I got insurance. Had we done one as I usually do when I go to a real U-Haul place, all this would have been found.
Pamela BMy wife and I started out renting one facility from Metroplex storage, however, while moving we found we needed another unit at the last minute. The staff there was very friendly and accommodating and had everything settled in a matter of minutes. What we thought was going to be a few months turned out to be an entire year! Aside from a few spiders, everything was in the same condition as when we moved it in; there was no water damage, no rat feces or anything we didn't feel comfortable moving into our new house. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Robert MWay overpriced. 15' was all I saw available and I spent almost $400 for the rental, mileage and that is just ridiculous. Make these things more affordable!
Ashley MI stored my RV in the same site for 20 years. Recently, the catalytic converter on my RV was stolen while my vehicle was onsite and I paid over $1500.00 out of my pocket to get it replaced. Gate is often left open. The only security cameras are on the entrance.
GREG P | Overall ExperienceI was an hour late picking up my rental and the website (on my phone) wouldn't let me pick it up so I had to call. A bit annoying, but thankfully there was no wait time for speaking to an agent and she was very helpful. It would have helped me a bit had I known how much of an issue it was going to be to be an hour late on the pickup.

Eric FTruck was dirty in the cargo area and smelled. Plus the front bumper was bent and the brakes made noise when applying the brakes. If I didn't need the truck so bad I would of waited and gotten one somewhere else.

Scott LThis review has nothing to do with the location. Instead, I need to talk about the reservation process. There were numerous problems with my reservation. When I placed the reservation over the phone, the Uhaul employee input the information incorrectly. This prevented me from accessing the reservation or getting my truck and required 3 phone calls and almost 3 hours to resolve the issue. During one phone call, I was placed on hold for almost an hour. Despite correctly following all the instructions, my move was greatly delayed and I had to spend additional time and resources the following days to make up for it.
Devlin DI had to keep my truck rental longer than planned. I was able to extend the time with no hassle and because it was off hours no additional charge.
Peter JWhen I dropped off truck , it was confusing as to where to leave it and who to give key to. Lady at counter didn't look up my info when taking keys. I received a call on Monday saying that I never returned the truck. Didn't appreciate that.

danielle r | Overall ExperienceWasn't properly checked in and never signed a contract when I picked up equipment. Returned truck with the same 1/8 tank fuel and was charged $54.75 for 5.5 gallons. Also was charged double the rates for the rental at $40 and double charged for Safemove insurance totaling $28. Im still waiting for a response from uhaul and the owner to amend the charges and haven't received a response.

Donald MOnly open 1pm-5pm? App errors out on check out saying it doesn't find the pics I uploaded, but still received email saying everything is ready. Instead of just an error message the error handling should take me back and give ability to rectify and continue.
Jason SI requested two dollies for my move, was charged for two, and only received one with the vehicle I picked up. The gentleman who processed my rental didn't seem to know or care.
CLAYTON JPick up was slow and laborious. We had paid for a furniture dolly that was not in the truck and there was no one on site to help up.

Cayne WI was routed to a non operational location without being notified. I have rented many many times before and was treated like a criminal. You called my business contacts and friends WITHOUT MY PERMISSION to check me out. I WILL LIKELY NEVER RENT AGAIN FROM YOU AND WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO SPREAD THE WORD. I SPENT OVER AN HOUR IN THE HOT TEXAS SUN TRYING TO USE YOUR THIRD CLASS APPLICATION IN BLINDING SUNLIGHT WHILE BEING BORDERLINE HARASSED BY OPERATORS WHO WERE APPARENTLY TOO BUSY TO DO THEIR JOBS. PLEASE HAVE YOUR PRESIDENT CONTACT ME REGARDING THE ABYSMAL PERFORMANCE OF YOUR FIRM.

Ross MThis was awful, they called to confirm two days before and I asked to move the reservation to 8AM from 10AM. This was never done. It took 1 hour to get the reservation open on the phone and once complete , we got to the key and that was not in the box. We finally had to go to another place to get the truck. All this took 2 hours of phone conversations and a 20 minute drive.

Shri KI was charged for 2 Dolly's and only used the 1 (appliance dolly) that I had reserved. They charged me for the utility and appliance. I reached out twice to resolve but have not heard anything back.

Paul RThe problem with that location is there is so much construction going on. It is hard to get in and out. The lady that worked there was great. Helpful and very personable.
Mary NI was there over an hour. Make sure the employees know what the reservation is for so they don't try to charge double what they're supposed too. Also don't charge me for an extra day when I already paid for an extra day. Y'all overcharged me and owe me money. I will never use uhaul again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.
