Was to return to Irving Blvd location as agreed, but was full, and attendant didn't offer to find a nearer location. Uhaul is a service oriented business, service sucks. Asked and he called 30 & McArthur they also were full. He then said call 1800 Uhaul. I left and called that number, got customer service, then scheduling, who called the Beltline location, no answer. Drove there and it was mostly storage facility but he gave the best service of all. Dropped car transport at 108 Beltline in Irving, Mr Johnson, 5 stars to him.Mark E.

You raised up my monthly payment $75.00, from $130 to $205.00 without a notice, I know your record's show that a notice when out to my address but my son also had a storage there to and because he lived at my address he received a notice I did not, and you raised up his payment $150.00 from $150.00 to $300.00 on his monthly payment he as moved out too this payment hike was less than 6 months after we both moved in, After my son received his notice I also stopped by the Rental Office and the manager told me it was done by the Corporate office. Your Company was very successful in moving out good paying Tenants, I have Rented from alot better Rental facilities than yours and never had my monthly payment go up, So I only can think your company must be so money hungry or his poor Corporation decision skills. I have rented spaces for seven years or so, some for personal and some for business. Mrs. Woods has been a fantastic manager and always very professional while I have been there. We never had any problems of any kind, and if we need space in the future, we will be back. I highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for storage and or moving needs. Because I was moving, rented a truck and other items, I also needed storage and U-Haul was giving the first month free. As I reserved this, then moved, when I arrived at the facility, I forgot about the first month's rent being free. When inquired to the facility about this, they said they are not a part of the U-Haul company and don't honor their ads or promotions. Personally, if you're going to be any part of The U-Haul company, you should honor U-Haul's promotions or take your business of the U-Haul website!Gregory O. | Overall Experience

COVID-19 caused a delay in my acquisition of the truck. The manager pushed my time back to 10:45, before we found out she had signed me up for the wrong truck, that also took time. It was 11:00am when I left, I should've called the manager to make that change on my contract.Daniel G.

The person in the store location (after payment) made me leave the store while I waited on my ride so she could show a new customer a storage unit. This is in triple digit Texas heat. She could have let me stay in an air conditioned store she was gone less than 10 minutes and I just paid almost $300 for a rental return. Very rude and she didn't offer me to re-enter when she returned. I'll contact corporate!Eric M.

The lady that received the Uhaul was rude and not very helpful. Even when showing her that the paperwork states something different than she is telling me, she still refuses to listen and still charged me for gas that was put back at the correct level. You can make sure all trucks are working properly and the time you send out someone to fix on the trucks is ridiculous, it took the guy 1:30 to come out and another 1:00 to fix the problem so I couldn't get into the storage place bcoz of the time frame and then the truck broke again on me this morning... very unhappy customer.MELANEAN B.

I had initially rented a 14' truck. Unfortunately, the battery was dead when I went to take it. Teresa was great. She immediately switched me out of it and into a van that was available. Though the van was a little small for what I needed, it worked out just fine. The experience could have gone much worse than it did if it weren't for Teresa's positive attitude and quick thinking.
