The ladies that were working inside the towing area including the gentleman where consummate professionals. I had zero problems everything went as well as could be. Drop off was just as easy as pickup. I will definitely be going back to this location for future rentals.

Location wouldn't reserve the truck for 2 days upon my request but told me to keep it and be charged accordingly. I would have liked to know the full cost of the rental up front though and completed my reservation as desired.

I couldn't complete the equipment condition checklist online when I picked up the vehicle. I tried to upload a photo of existing damage to the passenger side lower panel to the cargo deck and it wouldn't upload. It the crashed. Maybe, a physical inspection with the Uhaul agent processing the handover could be a useful backup?

The person at the counter was not helpful at all. I could not return my vehicle when I showed up at the time I had been told (8 am). Upon coming back later as instructed (9 am) I was then told that I had not returned the vehicle properly and would be charged an additional $20 fee for not dropping it off during business hours. To be charged a fee when I dropped it off the night prior when they were not open and then I show up when they do and get charged a fee for having left the vehicle there is the most insane thing I have ever encountered. In addition this location had to be the most unclean and unsanitary location to walk into that I have ever encountered. After this experience I simply cannot recommend that anyone use U-Haul for their moving needs if this is the kind of service I can expect in the future. I know I will certainly look elsewhere for my moving needs in the future.

This location needs to improve their customer service. First they did not have the truck that I had reserved, I had to wait 30 minutes for the truck to arrive, which inconvenienced my time. Secondly they charged my account before they knew if they had the truck for the reservation. Since they didn't have the truck, and I had to wait an additional thirty minutes, she never explained that my money would be refunded. When I came back to get truck after thirty minutes then she told me and asked to charge me again. My account was charged twice and the first charge had not been refunded. Third they did not document the gas correctly, it was under what they put on the paper. Lastly there was a cigarette left in the truck. I'm not sure if I was getting this treatment because of my race but I didn't feel welcome and the service was horrible.

Never a problem with UHaul in past business dealings, BUT this time was a complete mess!! Originally made reservation for pickup in Cincy, with drop off in Lex., KY but unfortunately reservation was set up for pick up and drop off in Cincy (WRONG). Second, when called to correct, told to call another number for re-scheduling, third - received text stating that truck not available for requested date so I had to go to another location in Cincy to pick up truck but was told rate would drop to 170 due having to go to another location, ok. Fourth, upon pick up in Cincy - told no locations would be open for drop off in Lex, KY. Given two phone numbers to call to report when truck was dropped off. Dropped pff truck on SAME DAY, no idea where drop key box located, key was placed in locked mailbox next door to other PARKED UHAUL trucks. Called one of two numbers, spoke with Brittany to inform her truck dropped off, was told to leave key in drop box, office closed on weekend, they will check truck in on Monday morning. Monday morning I receive call that key had not been located, told where key was placed and requested call back. Never got the call so I called back to see if key was located, confirmed key was found. THIS ENTIRE PROCESS (RENTAL) WAS A COMPLETE MESS FROM BEGINNING TO END!! Very disappointed and unsatisfied, will NEVER rent from UHAUL again, and know that I will share my experience with EVERYONE I know. Your company needs some competition because YOU SUCK!!

This location is poor. The lady when I returned the equipment didn't look up to talk to me. I got a 20.00 charge for turning in late that was never discussed at rental. I will most likely not use uhaul ever again which is a huge part of my company

What I disliked is that your not informed about uploading pictures of the gas gage and mileage ahead of time. Also the app doesn't allow you to upload a picture you already took. You have to take it in the app at the present time. I was screwed out my money for extra fees cuz I could not upload a picture I already took. Reason being is I already dropped the key in the security box and locked the truck up and then found out I had to do all this for after hours turn in even though the sign on metro towing said open and they weren't.

The guys at the shop seemed uninterested. Their Internet suddenly stopped working when I showed up to check out the truck. I ended up having to spend 20 minutes checking out the truck on my phone, and had to walk a block over then back after taking pictures. Something that should have taken 5 minutes took 30. Honestly if the guys at the shop gave a crap, it would've been an ok experience but I wasn't so lucky.

I had trouble with the online check in and the employees were no help. Said I had to call the 1-800 number. The van was not parked on the street like the instructions said, but in the lot. The keys were not in the lock box. Had to ask. Good thing I got there early, because I would not have been able to get the van once the location closed for the day. It also took 40 minutes to get the van... between the location and the multiple confirmations as to who I am...

Very convenient because the lady at the desk took care of me without me doing anything. Walked to frontdoor, she came out meet me and took my driver's license and brought it back to me in couple minutes with the truck keys and forms. Gave me some quick instructions and left. Even easier to drop off, same girl. My drop off took less than one minute.

Uhaul changed my pre-selected drop off location (Metro) to a different location without notifying me until I was completing mobile return. Customers pick a drop off location for convenience and Uhaul changing it is not helpful. It is not my responsibility if the location doesn't need that equipment its yours.

Again, it was convenient. A lot of equipment everywhere so difficult to find space to leave it. There was only a small foyer area and the sign said one person only. It was hot and I waited outside for about 10 minutes. I saw the sign stating that I could checkout online via app so I was able to checkout that way.

I have rented two vehicles recently. They were both fairly clean, but didn't look deliberately cleaned after the last customer. There was also no mention or indication that they were disinfected for Covid between customers.

On-line I scheduled for an 8:00 a.m. pickup time. When I arrived, I was told they do not open until 9:00 a.m. Why was 8:00 a.m. an option to pick if it wasn't actually available? Then, when I went to return it was considered after hours. Even though someone was in the office. After hours means you have to check out on-line, which would have been fine, but you have to offer location services and it just simply wasn't working, even though everything on my phone was turned on. I was charged an additional $20 because I couldn't complete that portion - and the lady in the office couldn't help!

They changed my pick up location last minute to a place 25 minutes away from my originallcRion then when I got there no one could assist me because apparently your system was down and I had to basically cry for 45 minutes in their lobby before they magically found a number of someone to call so I could get my truck. The people o had waiting to help move my things had to leave by the time I got back so I had to pay movers to come costing more money time and effort. Then I wake up to a charge on my card that I never authorized for almost $400. I called and finally got through to someone after your automated call system hung up on me 11 times and they put in a complaint for me and said someone would call me back and I still haven't heard from anyone at all and it's been 3 days. I'm furious I Will never use this company again. Terrible customer service.
