Nothing! I will use this location anytime I need uhaul in the future. This experience was SOOOOOO much better than the many horrible experiences I've had at the New Circle Rd location!
Millicent JosephPerry and Perry 2128 Nicholasville rd. was the original pick up location. They were shut down by the city on Friday Jan.19th for not having proper permitting. We we never contacted and upon arrival from our 5 hour drive were told to deal with it through U-Haul. The individual at this location was rude and provided no assistance for the inconvenience. If anyone is in the Lexington, Ky. area deals with the State Farm insurance office of Perry and Perry please note they are a poor customer service company and have questionable business practices.

Alison LawlessThis place is as unwelcoming as it gets. The office you walk into is a small room with thick glass that makes you feel like you're an inmate getting your call for the day. The people working there are just as welcoming, she said "drop the keys in the box" and I said "is there anything else I need to do?" And she said "yeah if you don't want to get charged" and then did not elaborate and went back to playing on her phone. The ambiance of this area is a dirty gravel lot surrounded by barbed wire and razor fence.

Andrew GaiettoMy experience with both locations were great. However, the problem was with the reservations online. I chose to drop off in Lexington KY and my reservations did not reflect that. I spent a few hours of my time attempting to resolve this which I had not planned for in my already packed day.

john STEELEThe gas gauge that is printed on the sheet and highlighted at a certain amount does not look the same as the gas gauge on the actually uhaul vehicle. Therefore i unintentionally filled to the wrong marking based on the paper which was not the same as the vehicle and ended up having to pay over $5 a gallon to fill the rest of the required amount which was not labeled properly. Very upset.

Jeffrey CurrentEventually we got to a lady that was helpful when returning truck. Tried to use the "truck return" app with no success. Although the business was open, no one was "available" to do a "walk around" on the truck to confirm there was no damage. So, I took numerous pictures for proof that there was no damage. Overall, this was NOT a good experience

Andrew MillarRepresentative was very helpful & accommodating! Everything was very efficient. I locked the key in the truck, my issue no one else’s but it was a $175 fee for Uhaul to come unlock. I was a 3 minute drive from the location. Luckily I had AAA and was not taken advantage of in this situation. Overall a great experience.
PHILLIP DAUHERTYWe were told this was a brand new vehicle and that it had cruise control and all modern conveniences. The truck was dirty, basic, old and had no cruise control. We don’t like being lied to.
theresa RAINESThe location was in a back alley and didn't feel very safe. The clerk was behind bullet proof glass, and we spoke through a microphone system. Glad it was still light outside when I dropped off the rental. It was SCARY!!!
