When i put everything online my reservation was changed and i was charged an extra $15 for something i didn't purchase. Very unacceptable! Dont shop here!

This location charged me for 99 miles after telling them I was only going to use 40 miles and the reason was that cause I didn’t get the protection plan, this somehow protects them which I never read in the policy.

Fednor Si was accused of damage that was not mines. They did not do a thorough walk through before hand because only one guys was working trying to maintain the store and unhaul rental. I took out their insurance but they told me the insurance does not cover that damage . So they took all the money i had left to survive off my card..

Jean-Louis CThe person working the counter was nice and helpful. There is no signage that it is a U-Haul facility. Only way I found it was the one truck located at a gas pump. I did everything on line to make it a speedy check out and then had to do it all again when I got there. Frustrating.

Galathia AThere was no one there to help especially at that time of morning it was 12 going on 1 am we’re told to take it to the original pick up on 34 Maguire get there it won’t allow us and has us go to one stop mobile the car is parked at Maguire so we have to drive the uhaul all the way back to dorscher outting unnecessary miles on the truck and we get charged for that of course drop the truck had to order a Uber took picture did the whole check in and couldn’t find the drop box for keys so we leave in the Uber go get our vehicle from the original pick up and go back to find this drop box customer service tells us it would be two blue polls and a red box it is one am at this point and we are looking hard couldnt find it still then finally we go out to the front of the store the red boxes are covered with black trash bags taped up I don’t know how they thought we’d be able to see the drop boxes underneath that and we leave the keys inside and we were also charged for a dolly that wasn’t on the vehicle this had to be the worst experience I have ever had with a uhaul before never again wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

David SVehicle barely had a quarter tank of gas when picked up. Sadly didn't notice this until on the interstate since I have NEVER picked up any rental vehicle with less than a full tank. Almost became a major problem. Explained the situation when vehicle returned. No apology, no attempt to make it right.
Clifford SHorrible customer service and scammers. Make sure to take pictures of the gas and mileage if you drop off here. They will scam you and charge you extra.
Brooke CCustomer service needs improvement. I made a reservation three weeks in advance. When it was time to pick up the truck, nothing was set for me. I spent over an hour waiting plus I requested one way and they didn’t provide what I was requesting. I wasn’t happy with that service. Please don’t waste your time go To Uhaul directly.

Maher ANo one answered the phone for three days at the drop-off location. The drop-off location was not open when their published hours indicated. No one was there to receive the equipment and assist. When I was dropping my trailer at the closed facility, another customer was doing the same. Horrible for people that wold need help!!!!!

ROBERT LTHERE WAS FRAUD.. I RETURNED THE TRUCK HOURS EARLIER BUT SOMEONE FROM THAT GAS STATION USED THE TRUCK AND ACCUMULATED 5.89 IN TOLLS. I NEVER HAD TO GO THROUGH A TOLL BOOTH.

ROHAN KI rented the hard to drive truck and had it for 1 day, returned the truck with the same amount of gas or very close to it. While waiting on my ride, watched the guy who rent the trunk to me pull the gas pump, with the truck running to run the gas I put in it down to charge me more money and I did call to complain, but got no where. If god can help me, I will never rent from Metro one stop ever. I have never experience this as long as I rent my hard earned money to move.

david lAnswer the phone. I tried calling for 2-3 hours but no answer. Not even an answering machine to leave a message. I had a vehicle breakdown , my alternator went out and I had to get my other vehicle to bring trailer back. I was trying to let them know I may be a little late....you know...so I wouldn't be charged for another day. But I was. And I finally got an answer on the phone at 5:25 pm. After they had charged me another day. He should have told me I was late and that he charged me again. so I wouldn't have had to bring the piece of #$%@ back by 6:30. I was 2-2.5 hours late because of vehicle breakdown 1.5 hours away. I know it's only $29. But I've spent alot of money at Uhaul in the last 6 months. look at my account history. Thanks anyways, I probably find an alternative next rental. Just a very bad day and this extra charge really makes it worse. I didnt need to rush and try to get it back......Sincerely,Very Diappointed.
