Before I even went to this location the person on the phone said all I would need was my reservation number or my phone number, never said anything about brining my ID or any other forms of payment or info but luckily I did but when I got there it took a half hour for the guy to figure it all out, but the guy was very nice nothing against him. The Uhaul sounded like it was about to blow Up. But it did get the job done and I didn't have any other problems.
