Everything was quick and easy.
JOSEPH VPeersonnel very pleasant; however, this location was understaffed. When we picked up our small trailer, there was only one person in the store and a line of people waiting to pick up U-Haul vehicles and he also had to wait on customers buying snacks, drinks, ice, etc. He was not able to go outside without locking the door and asking all the people to step outside. He gave me my receipt and sent me out to find the correct trailer, connect it and pull it out of the lineup of U-Haul vehicles. Again, very nice people, but not staffed to handle U-Haul rentals, in my opinion.

william cThe trailer appeared to have been used for an engine or transmission move as there was oil all over the floor. I had to wash it to remove the oil and smell. Otherwise it was a great move.

James CWhile making my booking I was told by two employees of UHaul that it was a legal requirement that uhaul employees would connect the trailer we hired to our vehicle. I specifically booked a UHaul neighborhood location to ensure plenty of staff would be available to do this as it was the first time I was towing a trailer. Instead my booking was moved without my knowledge to a site 1 hour away, staffed by employees of a gas station. The employees were very friendly, personable and helpful, however they did not know how to hook up the trailer and we were told we would have to do it on our own. My rating should not reflect on the employees of this location, but the fact that the location does not offer the services that I was told would be guaranteed. The entire experience with Uhaul was frustrating, time consuming and ultimately would have been dangerous had we not found someone (not a uhaul employee) to help us connect the trailer properly.
Julia PI was forced to spend an additional 90 miles in fees plus fuel because Uhaul doesn't have enough inventory in Fort Myers down to Naples. $115 wasted. I called to try to work out a compromise and was told there was nothing they could do. I will not be using UHaul ever again.
Scott UI reserved a 26' Truck 2 months prior. I called 24 hours before pick up. They said they don't have that size truck, they only had a 20' truck. Did you ever try putting 20 lbs of shit in a 10 pound bag? We were not happy with this reservation.

Maximiliano MFurniture dollys were different sizes, I reserved two of them, a hand truck, and 2 dozen moving blankets. No hand truck, no blankets. And the truck remakes of cigarette smoke
ANDREW FRented a dolly. Tire lost cap before putting car on it. One of the fenders was nearly torn off and when I did load up the car I found one of the straps cut and to short. Lucky I had straps and was able to finish the job.

ralph hPersonnel at the drop off place were pleasant but didn't offer to help me unhook and park the returned u haul. I'm a 70 year old small stature woman. I got it done but some help would have been nice.

orlando bthere was only one person to run the whole gas station and do the uhaul services so we had to wait a long time to pick up the truck.

Rena VAlternator went out. No AC. Blankets were miscounted and I had to pay for 2 that I never received twice.
Bettie PI needed an enclosed trailer to pickup 2 chairs for my house. I asked if it was watertight and was told yes which I think they believed it was,, However, it wasn't. Not terrible bad but enough to soak one seat back and one arm on the chair. I couldn't find the leak but it's definitely there. Overall it was all good, thankfully no damage just had to dry it out

john gMaybe have a dedicated person for the check-in. Had to wait for several customers to be serviced "after" I came in but I understand. Not a major hit but a slight inconvenience just the same.

ANGELICA RUhal change the price and the manager fix it for me wish was nice but the place was so far from where I live it took me almost one hour each way I am not happy with uhaul with this rental at all
CYMBAL AI tried to call u-haul customer service after hours and was on hold for over an hour totally frustrated. But then I tried calling for a new contract and unbelievably I got through in seconds. I told the person I just wanted to speak with someone to complete my rental and boom back on hold for another 42 minutes disgusting.

roberto moriginal rental location did not have the trailer. the second location had no body to check it out. the third location was great. you need to be sure the equipment is where you send the customer.
Harry BHeavy trailer I was told that I would get no help uncoupling. I asked for a pipe or something I could use for a lever to get the nose off the ball. Person found a Uhaul jack but told me she had never been taught how to use it. Also no one looked at the inside of the trailer so I could receive my $15 credit for cleaning it
KENNETH JTrailers are being used for palmetto berry harvest left nasty and dirty and the wire connection to the lights are being destroyed. Very unhappy
