i had a contract with a dealer close to my home and had it all set up to pickup truck near where i was moving from. when my son picked up the truck the agent added insurance on the paperwork and my son did not remember her saying anything about insurance but i was charged fo insurance when i did not need it or want it. i called the office and was told she asked about insuance so its her word against my sons word but i am out of pocket 15.00 so uhaul owes me 15l00

Please have selected equipment available upon pickup of truck. I ordered 2 hand trucks and 2 dozen covers for my move, and this location had neither available on site. Also, the sales person was rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful when asked about missing ordered items.

I ordered a 15ft truck but the only one available was 26…..and I had previously changed my location to this one to ensure availability. Also nobody was on site to assist and the online check in said “equipment has not been assigned yet”. So, not a great experience from location or UHAUL in general.

The truck i rented did not work. I had to sit and wait 3 hrs for someone to actually respond after several calls causing me to have to then drive to another location to get another truck another hour lost causing me to loose both my puck movers and drop off movers. This caused me to have to sit in the sun at my storage unit in another state waiting literallty for another seven hour in 106 degree temp for the next movers to come making me lose a day . The phone lighter charger in the truck did not work causing me to lose service with no direction and i then got lost. This was a dangerous nightmare of lost time and absolute exhaustion. I have moved several times with uhaul, but this was dangerous for so many reasons. I am an elderly person. With medical issues.

The attendant was very pleasant to deal with, no issues there. all went well except there were issues with the cleanliness of the truck. It wasn't filthy but it could have been clean a little better

The personnel at this location didn't show up on time and I had to call them to ask when they would be arriving. Truck cabin wasn't clean, mileage and gas in the system was incorrect. I was asked to take pictures of the truck and couldn't take pictures of the right side as the truck was parked on the curb against trees, so I had to move the truck to take pictures.

I ordered my truck online at a different location because of where I work. The location was switched the day before I was to pick up the truck. The other location was on the other side of town, on a Friday afternoon, when I get off work late. I was told to pick up using the mobile app. When we got to the location, the back of the truck was wide open and the key was just laying there in plain site. Thought that was interesting. Back was not swept out and the inside wasn't either and it smelled like smoke. Didn't make for a pleasant ride.
