Jason MThe guy at the counter was rude. Then he got frustrated with the computer. Then we finally got the key for our truck and he rudely said" it has to be back by 5 cause it's due to be out again". He take the dolly out puts it in the back and shuts the door and says "there" and walks off. The inside was filthy!!! I mean down right disgusting. One reverse light didn't work. The heat didn't hardly work and we couldn't move the side mirrors. When I go to take it back the young lady that helped us was much nicer but her dog wouldn't quit barking at us. I told her the issues with the truck and she said " well nothing I can do it's leaving again.

Cheryl SMake sure when someone reserves a product a week in advance, that it's actually there! COMMUNICATION IS KEY! They guy came out grabbed the chains from my hand as I was unhooking the dolly then took it off my hitch dropped it on the ground and said I'll check it in tomorrow! This location cost me $100 dollars in gas and was rude as shit!

JUSTIN SWe need trucks of this size and also 10ft trucks available at this location at all times because I rent a truck once a month for my church and now that you have taken these trucks away we have to travel 30 miles to rent one which hinders the community as well as the church

Will be renting the same trailer again here in a couple weeks to pick my motorcycle up from the dealership because it's currently getting some maintenance work done.
Jonathon K1st. It took over 2 hours from the time we walked in till we left. He took pics to how lights work. We go to get the car to tow it home. But first we needed to eat something. So after we are filled up with gas and got drinks for the road we hooked up the car strapped tires down. . oh I have 1 leg 8 fingers and 4 toes. My leg and residual limb were killing me by this point. Only 3 of the 4 safety chains were on the car dolly. And by now they were closed. So I looked for a chain. Then I called U-Haul. Cried as I rolled through Walmart waiting to see what we needed to do. They sent me to roadside. . As all of this is going on my dad is at home dying of liver failure. And it was getting dark. Finally they got me help. And he did a great job. But it was now dark and I had one 70 miles to drive home. I don't pull anything in the dark. Without my meds or any other option, 2e stayed till daylight. So no morning meds. Told them while I was waiting on help I wanted my money back. I haven't even go my safety deposit back. I couldn't drop the dolly off until the day after I got home I hurt so bad was sick and hurting. And my dad needed me. So I called and I had a pending charge of $47 for the extra day. . when it was returned they said drop it off and they will check it out later. Well my I am not only expecting my $60 safety deposit back, I had requested All of my $ back. Every done I paid to have this horrible experience. But only the extra day rental was taken off. If I don't have the $159.53 reversed and no more charges added, I will just be unpet but not raging mad and feeling like 8vwas taken advantage of. The must think I'd just would settle for paying for getting sick and not get my deposit back. Oh that that day is one I should have only been gone until 3pm to hang out and spend time with my father but nope. I got to pay $159.53 to be in pain, sick, desperate, sad ,scared, mad and hopeless. And to risk my health because I had no night meds or morning meds. And began to feel like ,at one point that I was going to have to chance mine and my son's safety and people on the road. But under no circumstance would I knowing do that. So Thank you U-Haul my first and last experience with your company. I will let people know of this horrific day night , next day and the day after. It was worse than my car breaking down along 1-69. I took very good care of your dolly and you kept my security deposit. Oh I was told they cost $50. So I could have had the tow truck driver tow it to my house gor the price in total it cost me to rent 6oyr equipment is. Nice !
Angelique RNeed better communication about renting the U-Haul as we kept getting time and location changed. When I got there I had to wait over an hour on the U-Haul to get back as we were told 9 am at first then 9:30 then when we went to pick up at 9:30 it still was not there and didn't get back until 10:30 and they wanted to send us 45 minutes away to get another one which was not able to do as we already drove 20 minutes to pick this one up. Also the lady inside the store was not very nice.

I will highly recommend using Memmer's to everyone I know for U-Haul rentals, as they are the premiere rental company. It's great to see 2 wonderful company's partner together. Barry Fritz was able to answer all my questions and was able to provide solutions to my rental needs. I've rented from U-Haul in the past at other locations, and had satisfactory service. But with Memmer's they exceeded the standard and go well above and beyond, for all their customers. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Ron DThe uhaul I rented online was not available once I got to the location they let me know that it was broken down and I shouldn't have been able to rent it to begin with. However they did put me in another bigger uhaul that ended up costing me more than the smaller one that I needed. The people at the store were nice to work with

Joseph HEverything went smoothly. Wouldn't change a thing at this location. However would be nice to have a jack on the trailer to be able to unhook if you needed to run in to town for something. Instead of having to pull the trailer with you.

Priscilla EI feel that the equipment should be cleaned between each customer due to the fact that I rent one every month and I usually get the came one and it is so dirty inside and out. The cup holders have nasty drinks spilled in them there is food all over the floor under the seats and in the door wells. Also, the customer service is not always a friendly atmosphere. I just keep going there only because it is the only place close to me rent them and I need them for my church.
Ocia PI chose Jasper as the pick up point but the system scheduled it through the Princeton location. It was not clear to me when that happened so I would request that the online reservation system make that clear when it is recommending a different location.
Scott BMake sure the lights on the trailer work, they checked it at pick up; however when I left Vincenens a couple days later I didn’t have any lights. Service tech told me it was my plug for the truck, replaced that and still had no lights. Upon dropping off, checked other same trailer and they worked no problem with the truck, therefore it leads me to believe it in the trailer wiring part and not my equipment.

dave fThe location was fine but I had to pay double my cost because I was told over text the morning of my move that the truck I had booked for that day was taken and I had to drive 26 miles to get this one as I had no other options. The customer service representative was very rude and not helpful in the slightest but the staff at this location was fantastic.
