The other one said, I will tell you where it is just hold on a sec. Then he walked more towards the center of the counter and asked me for the keys. Cans of soda in the car turned in the car and payed cash because I was told the money would be refunded to my card . Turns out my truck wasn't â€œchecked inâ€ until I called about 4 charges on my card everyday . I have been a Uhaul customer for decades. The staff were fine. The truck was not. The truck cab had a plastic spoon on the dashboard and an energy boost bottle on the floor. The cargo door did not move freely up or down, and the padlock required substantial force to open and close.Efrem M.

Really to tellvyou the truth we reserved a uhaul i got it i did the walk around an notice that rear tire was low i brought it to the attention of the renter an was told to drive to the uhaul about 3 miles away an they will put air idi an waited about 35 min for some one to help me i got help an the about another 25 min i was told that they would need to switch me out cause a code came up an it was not safe first why did they try to rent me an unsfe UHAUL truck in the first place if i wouldnt have taken it to the Uhaul place i would have been in an unsafe truck i had to wait another 20min for them to switch my truck an do paper work when i returned the truck i was told that it was full but when i switched truck it was at a 1/4 tank we brought it back with a 1/4 tank more then we got it an asked do we get reimbursement for the extra gas an waa told no please help me out i am very disatisfied with my experience with UHAUL today an would like to know what is gonna be done to fixs this i think i should ha e been dicounted because of all the time i wasted an all the mishap on an unsafe truck i was given what do youbguys think CAROL AN DON ALVARADOCarol A.

The people at Mel's are helpful and friendly. The uhaul app seems to be glitchy and slow.marc F.
The app and online check-in process has glitches and takes a lot of time. Once I finally was able to actually login and register it crashed on me and I had to start the whole process over again. (Including the pics I took of unlisted damage) Finally I just went into the store and did it that way. It's difficult enough for a lot of technically-challenged people to navigate their way through a smart phone, please at least make the app work right. I'm not technically-challenged and still wanted to throw my phone out the window after 40min of this. Location of pickup, condition of truck, and the folks there however were great.
