I did the online check-in to expedite the rental process but it still took over an hour to get the truck. Your computer system was extremely slow. The very nice young lady at the pick up point was very nice and tried as best she could to complete the process. Other than that, all went very well.

ROY M.When I picked up the truck, and got down the road, the check engine light was on. It took 40 mins., to reach someone. Then was transferred to Roadside Assistance, to notify them of the issue. I was informed that it was probably needing an oil change, and that is why tye light was on. Makes a person very leary to drive when the check engine light is on, and all their belongings are on board. Being stranded on side of the road was a huge concern. This should be something that is noted with all vehicles as they are returned. That services is needed prior to renting out again. The air didn't work, and made a long hot day even hotter with no real way to cool off.
THERESA W.Please note the U-Haul Manager was excellent. She did everything she could to assist me with fixing her company's failure. This location did not have the 12 blankets, two-wheeled dolly, and four-wheel dolly they claimed to have had when I placed my order online. I had to drive one hour to find these items and pay an exorbitant amount for them. The whole fiasco set my move back about an hour and a half. I ended up paying my help[ for their time sitting in their car while I ran down the equipment U-Haul did not have. I ended up paying an additional $125 (time and rental of equipment elsewhere) for the move. Very disappointed. I recommend renting elsewhere.

Sherman would not accept return "computerSays" his reason Did not believe me; had no way to dispute computer. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES

Mary H.The truck's A/C would stop blowing any time you drove over 40MPH. Therefore, we drive approximately 800 miles on the highway in 100 degree temperatures without the A/C blowing. It was miserably hot. We were offered a 10% discount for this. We were told it was "not foreseeable". Well the first time we went over 40 it happened and it happened any time we were driving over 40, so I can't imagine this didn't occur on the previous rental as well.
Jason J.Being able to pick up and drop off at any time helps....but one must have good phone coverage and battery there is a lot of pictures , verification etc.
David H.The mobile check in/pick up needs a lot of help. It was constantly signing me out of the website and wouldn't let me upload pictures. If you offer this for customers, you need to make sure it's robust enough to work effectively.
