The location did not have any signs saying where to drop off the truck. The entrance to the parking lot was closed off, and we had to leave the truck near the shoulder of the road. No employees present during normal businees hoursLucas H.

There was no one there when we picked up. The driveway was roped off and I had to be dropped off on the side of the road. The person I spoke with on the phone gave me the wrong code to open up the lock box to get the key. That was a 20 minute debacle. The steering was so loose I had to fight the truck to stay on the road.elizabeth T.
The Truck was smelling very bad like a dead animal inside It was very bad and I was throwing up on the way. I pulled over and open up the hood to look inside the motor if I can find the dead animal. I was unable to find it it was too hot and the weather was hot. Probably is not your fault may be the Truck was parked at the location too long and rat die inside without knowing. The location was a self service and is the only one Truck there I can make any switch and I can complain I do call and file a report .James A.

The location in Bainbridge ny came through and was awesome. The pony farm road location was awful they double booked and gave my truck away and forced me to drive 45 minutes out of my way to get the truck in Bainbridge I was not happy at all with pony farm road location in oneonta NYJOSEPH K.
Wow, I guess I would say move your trucks to a new location one where the people are at the location. We were never given any paperwork on how much gas was in the truck what the miles were? nor were we asked to identify ourselves. The woman there was very nice except I don't believe she knew what she was doing. Not a way to run a business. She told us we must sweep out the truck but didn't tell us that it wasn't swept out prior to us renting it. Not sure if I ever needed to rent another truck, it would be from Bainbridge even though the location is good there were way too many problems from the time we started ONLY great thing I can say about this rental was the truck was just what we needed and Thank God for Rachael Jones she was the only one that could help us, she knows her stuff and is a great asset to UHAUL.Reg L.

Location closed at 10:30 am on a Tuesday. Lot not plowed, snowed day prior! Barrier across exit. Truck not cleared of snow. Hand truck and blankets reserved not in truck and no one around to help. Used self serve pickup, good option but not when there are issues.BENJAMIN D.

Although we understand that the store closed 15 minutes before we arrived, we essentially had to "break in" to the parking area to do the drop-off and submit the drop off form. Then, apparently it wasn't recorded and we were sent communications that indicated that we had not returned it. Overall a HUGE hassle!Tim G.

It was not convenient when UHaul changed my pickup location at the last minute. Had to travel 20 min farther. And even though I had reserved 2 furniture dolleys, they only had 1 there. The pickup HAD to be through the app so we had to delete pictures and other data to make room to download. What would have happened if I did not own a smart phone? The only way to pick up the truck was through using the uhaul app, which they did not tell me until less than 24 hours before. User interface was not easy and the pickup took much longer than it would have otherwise. The price was not bad, but the overall experience was sub par.Benjamin D.

UHaul charged my credit card twice, I called three times to get this resolved. Today (2 days after the move) I was informed that UHaul management would look into this matter in the next three days. Having multiple, fraudulent charges on my credit card is a major inconvenience and insult.John S.

Again the situation was similar. I called the number to arrange the drop off, and there was no answer, when I arrived at the drop off site there was nobody there, there were two numbers on the door and instructions to call one or both of the numbers, not only did nobody pick up, but I was unable to leave a message. Only after the second time that I went there did a man happen to be there, who said that U-Haul should have known better, because he was temporarily disabled from a recent surgery (carpel tunnel) He was as helpful as can be under the circumstances, and I made a point of doing as much of the labor as I could to help him out. He too seemed like a nice enough guy, and I have nothing negative to say about him.steven E.

When we returned the U Haul the guy who owns the place was very rude. He even yelled at one point. We will never rent there again. We would rather drive 20 miles out of the way then to return there. We were pleased with the two different U Hauls we did rent.DOMINAC W.

Improve your computer system reliability for field offices.The U-Haul computer system was down when I picked up the truck--very frustrating for me and the local office. she ultimately checked me out with paper forms, which was helpful.GINA K.
This is the 2nd time I have used the U-Haul service from Megatouch. Linda made the first rental great. Linda made the 2nd rental a easy awesome experience. She was in contact with me before renting, handled my rental needs and surpassed my expectations of the rental process. She just made it a great experience. She contacted me through the process letting me know my truck was there and then again when the transport trailer for my car came in. She called and said the rental was all ready for me and we set up a pickup time for my relocation from Afton, NY to Clover, SC. I would highly recommend Linda for everyone's rental needs.
