I would recommend this Uhaul location. My overall experience is good though there are couple glitches along the way. However glitches are mostly due to Uhaul self service app which are buggy. Folks behind the counter helped me when I encountered problems during self check in and check out. Net-net is that I rented the truck, the truck was clean, and truck return was relatively hassle free if I ignored the self-check part. Advice to fellow Uhaul customers is to stay away from self-check for now until Uhaul gets it in a decent shape. Don't get stuck in nowhere by trying self-check.Yucong T.

Equipment reserved several days in advance should be available for customer. I had to drive all over the city looking for what I had reserved and needed for my move and then I was overcharged $23.00 for the item when I returned it 24 hours later. The excuse I received was someone before me needed extra equipment so he gave him my reserved request equipment Not happy with service and I should be refunded $12.00.Mary C.

Safety check vehicles before renting them. Not only was the vehicle filthy and had preexisting damage that was no recorded via pictures that i had to accept or decline - the truck had 184000 miles and had a faulty starter which left me stranded. This was the worst Uhaul experience ever. The dealer location never answers the phone. Highly disappointed as this is not what I've come to know and expect from Uhaul.JEREMY B.
If you are charging me for a day, Why do I have to have truck back the same day? I only had the truck for 2 hours but got charged for the full day. I told agent this and said he could not do anything about this. Received truck at 11:05 am, I turned truck in at 2:15 pm my turn in time was at 5:15pmANTONIO C.
Person I deal with when I take a truck seems helpful however the truck was smelling very bad something like pee. Needs to be cleaned and add some air freshener. Should not entered the wrong fuel charges, just drove for 8 miles and they made a charge for two gallons $ 8.50.SUMAN S.

It was very difficult to use the app. The attendant was kind enough to try to call me while I was using the app but I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. The van was nice and clean enough in the back but the cab was not clean at all.Amy S.

Small lot with lots of trucks, vans, and trailers. The site hosts a food truck with lots of customers at night and that made it difficult to return the van. However, the staff was very courteous and friendly and I would use them again.Brad R.

The Truck was Dirty there was no one to check IN OR OUT my return say they would Email me and I got charge for GAS. . I put the amount I was told to rerun in there and was charge which I'm am going to dispute charges I was charge for all the miles I predict at pick up which was not used but again no one was there to go out and check it with me but I took a picture of my return MILES and GAS. It is also the 2nd time I have found an empty water bottle in the cup holder, which seems as though the vehicle was either left the way it was found and/or the vendor didn't remove it when inspecting for return mileage and condition of the van. To be fair, I returned the vehicle only a few minutes before closing, but could have done without the guy checking the clock, rolling his eyes and sighing. It had been a long day and if the location advertises it is open until 4, and I get there at 3:55, then the location is open. Could not have made me feel any less welcome or any more like an annoyance. I was dropping off a key. That's it. I wasn't asking a lot. Wouldn't even check it in, said I'd get an email in the morning. I took photos of fuel level, folded blankets, condition of vehicle and where I parked it just in case.KATHLEEN P.

1) Transaction ended up okay 2) Vehicle exterior needed a wash 3) No pre use inspection with user 4) On return, cannot directly fill vehicle to full. Have to play "Guess hiw much" and prepay an amount. Luckily I am good at math 5) No immediate receipt. Ending mileage checked upon next use. 6) Asked for a business card and was given a card for the owners apparent other business. 6) It felt like I was in a third world country. Had an issue with this site not having my reservation in their system even though U-Haul had contacted me 3+ weeks prior to secure my quote and finalize my reservation by providing a credit card. I had the E-mail from U-Haul with a reservation number and the name/address of this pick up site. Thankfully, this location had an available unit so no further issues arose.MICHAEL W.
