I was very convenient to be able to drop the trailer in Petersburg.

The location share app never works for me when returning after hours. Not a facility problem, as they returned the trailer when they were at work next time I guess.

Trailer was in good shape mechanically but needed swept out before loading. They were very accommodating in adjusting the pickup times to meet my changing schedule.

Everything went well, we should not have been surprised at the huge drop in MPG, from 24 to 14. We had the larger two-wheeled trailer.

The 6 x 12 trailers could really use a jack on the hitch/tongue. Impossible for one person to lift the tongue of a 6 x 12 trailer. Thanks.

The pick up site was not the problem....it was closed. Your "convenient" pick up via smartphone sucks. In addition, I requested a 15ft. truck, but was told they only had 10 ft. Because of that, we could not get all our belongings in one trip, so I had to keep it an additional day. Also I requested....and paid for...10 furniture covers, but did not get.

I had to wait for the attendant to arrive at 12:30 in the afternoon. And Petersburg was not the location I requested (it was Lincoln). I do understand everyone is leaving Illinois still this was an inconvenience

We rented the truck to move a piano and the ramp was the major feature that we needed. The furniture dolly was also essential to the effort and both worked magnificently. The only negative I'd note is that hot air floods into the truck cab lower down. It was a fifty degree day and having the vents open and the temp turned all the way down, it was still noticeably (and sometimes uncomfortably) warm on our legs.

This is more about safety and connection assistance on the 6 X 12 cargo trailer. I would venture to say this trailer is probably among the top rentals. Please design a crank down tongue stand like what is present on the vehicle transport trailers. With today's strong composite materials and 3-D printing, retrofitting the entire fleet should be possible. Thank you. J.W.

I request moving pads but they none

We have not met anybody at this drop off location. We just leave the equipment and paperwork and they take good care of it.

Small drop area and did not need any help. Would be nice to have a place to park the vehicle/trailers.

Love the availability of a Petersburg location. Only Uhaul offers that, not Penske, budget etc. hence I always pick Uhaul unless a lot more cost-wise.

Reservations need to be linked to the individual offices better from online orders.

Did not get pick up location requested. Huge inconvenience. I will use a different service next time.

Customer service department at Uhaul is horrible. I rented 4 trucks in 2 days and will never rent again due to the horrible lazy customer service representatives. The pick up and drop off individuals were the only decent individuals a talked to

The price for a 15ft truck was a little steep not to mention had to pay 1.19 per mile on top of that. Only used it for 3 1/2 hours. Need prices to accommodate that.

Wonderful to work with, explained everything really well, made my move so much easier and my price was just what was quoted to me.

I had to drive 66 miles to pick up a truck. I passed 7 U-Haul dealers with full lots on that 66 mile trip.

This was a drop-off location only. No one was there. I was told in Springfield that all I had to do was drop the truck here. I did just that, and dropped the key in the lock box around 5pm the same day I rented the truck. The following day, I received a phone call and was told that the truck was returned late. I do not know how this could be, since I was told that my rental was good until 9am the following day. I only had the truck for around 9 hours.

I had to drive 60 miles from where I wanted to pick it up.

I ordered some moving blankets. The Springfield store messed up the order. The salesperson tried to get some but could not before I could pick up the truck. As a result I have some scratched furniture. Other than this, the truck was new and worked fine.

The van was clean and well maintained on the outside, but the inside should have been swept and perhaps washed, as it had areas of caked in mud, rocks and a little garbage. Since we were moving mattresses, etc, we had to sweep it out (still did not get all of the mud caked into the grooves of the liner, almost like concrete). Other than that, nice ride and easy pick up and drop off.

I had to rent two truck. I wish the sell lady would have recommended a larger truck.

The service was perfect, no improvements were needed , a terrific experience. I would recommend Petersburg U-Haul to everyone !

Could not get the lady to come and inspect uhual trailer when returned it. Returned truck next day again she would not inspect it before we left. She called us to return and clean a small soda spill. I was beyond busy moving and unpacking to return but I did when she said she would charge for clean up. I been charged enough and exhausted she should of inspected before we left the first time.

The staff at the pick-up location were very nice. I was greatly disappointed that my reservation city request and pick-up location were about 30 minutes apart. This took a good deal of time away from other business I hoped to conduct on pick-up day. That's not a knock on the pick-up spot, but the reservation process.

The lady was so kind got me in & out I made my move in time.

When I called to return the truck. The representative did not want to talk to me. She didn't pay attention to me

i was never told about all the fees this guys charged my card,also i got help from people working for u haul the helper was good,however i was charged $67.00 for fueling in a 90 miles run .which i hope they choke on it when it comes time to spend it,chances are next time i need a rental truck it will be either penske or badget at least in this location i know it won't happen again
