Vehicle had only 1/16th a tank of fuel. You should not book or provide a vehicle with that little fuel in it. I returned with a 1/4 tank, for which I paid out of my own pocket. I just didn't want the next customer to have to worry.KEIL D.

I had a truck reserved at the original location (6th Ave Tacoma) and they couldn't fulfill my res. She sent me to a second location (Pearl St McLendon's Tacoma) saying that they had a truck reserved and were expecting me. I went to the second location and the truck was given away. They had to call a third location (4th St Olympia) and reserve another truck which I did finally pick up. I returned the truck to the second location that same day but they called me the following day saying that I was 2 hours late for my return. I called and told them I had returned it the previous day. The person at the second location tried to remedy the situation and the person at the third location was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the whole process was frustrating and time consuming.Kristin D.

Overall the renting of the truck was no problem. I used the truck (drove 12 miles total) and returned the truck. When returning I asked if they needed to see the receipt for the fuel I bought and they said no. I received an emailed receipt charging me $56.00 plus tax for fuel. When I called the location to say I had purchased fuel, they very short saying they could do nothing about it and that I had to contact 1-800-GOUHAUL. Very disappointed that I am having to use my time to resolve their mistake. Will not recommend this location going forward.Mark M.

At pick-up, the gas tank was near empty and the vehicle was dirty from its last use. The employee handling drop-off was awful. She was immediately rude, aggressive, and condescending, and only got worse.JESS B.
Fix the seat. Had to walk all the way back to store to trade trucks. And they knew it had a seat issue. I am 6 4" seat was all way forward and would not slide. Couldn't even get in. Truck wasn't all that clean. And tatty inside. Seat cover was coming off. Drove ok. And did the job.Peter W.

I fueled up across the street and specifically made sure it was above where I had had it when I picked it up. I asked the U-Haul rep whether she wanted to come out and take a look, and she said she would take care of it. I think she needs to have her sight checked. I was billed for fuel although I put 5 gallons into the truck before returning it after driving 21 miles. It cost me an extra $63. I looked at the fuel gauge upon entry and returned the truck with the same reading for fuel. It's too bothersome to argue with staff, so I'll just eat the cost and never rent from the location again.Peter W.

I returned 3 full, unopened bags of moving blankets and didn't receive credit for them, but did get charges for the overage of mileage. I don't think this is a reflection of this particular location, but UHaul needs consistent policies on this. I've received credit in the past at a different location. The person who accepted my return was GREAT! Very pleasant and quick!Kristen L.

I am extremely dissatisfied with uhaul over all. I rented a box truck expecting that it had a ramp which was neccesarry for the items i needed to move i waited all day for when a truck was available only to find out after arriving at my location that the truck did not have a ramp. No one was able or willing to help me even with a partial refund. So to wrap it up thanks uhaul for wasting my day off and $200. I will NEVER rent from u haul again as long as i live i will drive further and pay more to rent from any competitor. I would also like to add that the truck in question had a poor alignment and was in my opinion as a mechanic barely safe to drive. Your shoddy maintenance poor customer service and entire business model is appalling. Yours for wild nature, Wm.william D.
