Have vehicle available at location reservation is made. Don't change location and make custom drive 30 one-way out of their way to pick up vehicles. Also asked to have an appliance dolly but location didn't have one.
Jeffrey DI was given a 10ft truck with brakes so bad they hit the floor and hissed when stepped on. The amount of over correction for the alignment was not road safe. My father who works at les schwab did a vehicle inspection and advised me not to use this truck period. That it not road safe. On top of that the dolly I rented that is in the back of the vehicle I was unable to use, was charges a non return fee of 41.97. I'm out roughly 135 dollars because of faulty equipment and the lack of maintenance on the vehicle is deplorable. And they had the nerve to get upset that I returned a unsafe vehicle late due to wanting to ensure my life would not be put at risk and needing someone to be available to follow me to drop it off. Honestly I should have had it Towed back. I want a full refund. This is so unacceptable.

Met me in the parking lot when I was returning equipment so I didn’t have to go inside with all the furniture, pads and dolly. Really made my day as easy as possible. Would definitely recommend this location again.

Karrie EVehicle had only 1/16th a tank of fuel. You should not book or provide a vehicle with that little fuel in it. I returned with a 1/4 tank, for which I paid out of my own pocket. I just didn't want the next customer to have to worry.

Zoe JI had a truck reserved at the original location (6th Ave Tacoma) and they couldn't fulfill my res. She sent me to a second location (Pearl St McLendon's Tacoma) saying that they had a truck reserved and were expecting me. I went to the second location and the truck was given away. They had to call a third location (4th St Olympia) and reserve another truck which I did finally pick up. I returned the truck to the second location that same day but they called me the following day saying that I was 2 hours late for my return. I called and told them I had returned it the previous day. The person at the second location tried to remedy the situation and the person at the third location was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the whole process was frustrating and time consuming.

Eva SOverall the renting of the truck was no problem. I used the truck (drove 12 miles total) and returned the truck. When returning I asked if they needed to see the receipt for the fuel I bought and they said no. I received an emailed receipt charging me $56.00 plus tax for fuel. When I called the location to say I had purchased fuel, they very short saying they could do nothing about it and that I had to contact 1-800-GOUHAUL. Very disappointed that I am having to use my time to resolve their mistake. Will not recommend this location going forward.

lonnie sI was able to pick up the moving van at 7:30 am even though I had the reservation at 8:00 am. The personnel at the hardware were really helpful.
Jairo GWas not informed that I'd be charged for 4 extra hours when I returned the truck 20min late. Also, I was waiting at the counter for 10min before anyone arrived to help which delayed me return even more.

STEVEN KAt pick-up, the gas tank was near empty and the vehicle was dirty from its last use. The employee handling drop-off was awful. She was immediately rude, aggressive, and condescending, and only got worse.
JESS BFix the seat. Had to walk all the way back to store to trade trucks. And they knew it had a seat issue. I am 6 4" seat was all way forward and would not slide. Couldn't even get in. Truck wasn't all that clean. And tatty inside. Seat cover was coming off. Drove ok. And did the job.

Kim FI fueled up across the street and specifically made sure it was above where I had had it when I picked it up. I asked the U-Haul rep whether she wanted to come out and take a look, and she said she would take care of it. I think she needs to have her sight checked. Very disappointed that I didn't bring her out. Next time I will.

michael hI was billed for fuel although I put 5 gallons into the truck before returning it after driving 21 miles. It cost me an extra $63. I looked at the fuel gauge upon entry and returned the truck with the same reading for fuel. It's too bothersome to argue with staff, so I'll just eat the cost and never rent from the location again.
