The truck was dirty on the inside, the windshield was not clean and required me to clean it due to being so hard to see out of, exhaust hanger came loose and banged around while driving, the windshield gasket was pealing off, the drivers door was very leaky and loud thus there might be a issue with the door or its seal, and the gas cap came apart in my hands when I refilled the tank.

ANTHONY SThere was no visual signage indicating the location of the business; the driveway entrance was obscured and the sign had faded to invisibility. The business was up a hill and not visible from the highway. We passed by several times without knowing we had passed the business. The key drop box had been covered with a trash bag and sealed with duct tape, with no indication of an alternative where the key should be dropped instead. The office of the business was locked and closed despite it being during posted business hours. A phone call to the posted office phone number yielded only voice mail with no further instructions. Drop off was an unnecessarily frustrating and lengthy experience.

Julie SI returned the equipment during business hours and did not realize I ran in a puddle in which the male worker was not there to check me out. I was then charged a $50 cleaning fee in which I would have taken the truck down the street and cleaned myself. The male worker cursed me out when I asked about the late charge. He also left me an aggressive vm after I hung up with phone during his poor customer service. I informed customer service and the manage in that area should be calling me this week.
NASHON WEverything with the check out process was super smooth and the gentleman that helped me was very helpful and polite
Christy LLocation changed 3 times in 3 days. Showed up to one location to get uhaul and they didn’t have it. Had to call uhaul to find another location. Had people waiting to help us move and had to deal with finding uhaul and driving somewhere else to pickup. Uhaul is very unpredictable, not dependable, ridiculous to deal with. Have had this problem many times in future.
