My experience was top notch from check in to return check. Both employees, the receptionist and the gentleman who brought the van and checked it back in, were exceptional. They both took their time to explain operation and equipment as well as after hours return procedure explained should it have been needed. Keep these exceptional employees who have wonderful customer service. This is what will get the company excellent referrals and word of mouth.
Debra PAgain, not everyone who rents UHaul trucks and trailers knows what they are doing. You as a dealership should explain a lot better and make sure the truck starts and is clean. He just gave me a key with a number on it and said go find it. Numbers on trucks were not really visible to see. I had to put key in door locks to find truck. And trailer Again make sure everything works before you drive away which He would not of done unless I asked. And I would of been stuck somewhere else with a car on trailer and NO way to lock strap in place with out a can of w-d 40
