I rented a truck with a dolly. It would have been helpful to provide a strap to tighten the dolly in the cargo area so that it does not to move around every time the truck brakes or accelerates.

I wanted to use the McCaleb Rd address for pick up. However I couldn't reserve it until the Wednesday before because it was a short term, 1 day rental.

If you are going to rely on customers to return the keys and/or locks, it may be good idea to have a bigger sign or maker that stands out and place a visual description on your note where to leave the lock and key. In short, I do not know if you realize how much black iron fence I had to walk to find the orange box that happened to be blocked by parked truck (s). You may want to put a sign with an arrow that stands high.

I can’t say enough about this facility and the people running it are of the highest quality and finest character and most friendly and helpful bar none then I have ever run across. I know this may sound a bit over the top but they truly are outstanding. Nothing to improve on in my opinion. Just top notch UHaul is fortunate to be associate with them.

Improve the Uhaul website! For a company as big as Uhaul and who has been around as long as Uhaul, checking in by phone and navigating the website is just awful! Thank goodness the location was open or I would have been unable to pick-up my rental truck.

Originally scheduled pickup at an unattended location using 24/7. The system would not allow me to complete transaction. Had to call customer service and ultimately had to go to alternate location.

We had gone to another UHaul site on Hwy 105, Montgomery, but their network system was down. We then called another UHaul site, located within the City of Montgomery but were instructed to wait for a phone call back in order to place a reservation because there was no office there we could go to. (Just the trucks there with pickup and drop boxes for the keys.) I then called the UHaul located at McCaleb Road Storage and explained my situation to them. We had made no reservations and had just planned to walk in and rent a truck for the day within the city. A truck was placed with my name on it and we headed their way. Got there, to a really nice facility I might add, and were able to get the truck rented with no issues. Very nice and accommodating staff. I would highly recommend this location if quality service is your standard.

We had to rent a truck on short notice. This site was nearby and fortunately still open. The staff was friendly, patient, and accommodating. I felt safe like I could bring my family with me at this particular facility. I also learned a few helpful tips from the gentleman who helped us with our rental. Overall, a positive experience for us.

Communication from corporate is not good. Changed pick up, drop off and size of truck, without acknowledging a change was being made. Do not recommend using the uhaul web site to reserve, contact the local dealer directly

The reason for the above average rating versus excellent was there was an issue when we needed to change the reservation from an in person pick up to a remote self check out. The app would not allow us to make a change. The managers at the U-Haul were exceptionally professional and helpful even after they had closed for the day. I would highly the recommend the McCaleb team who walked us through getting our truck after hours. The U Haul app however needs to be able to be updated in a situation where someone needs to use self checkout after the initial reservation has been made.
