Link to upload licensed opened in Chrome. Smart phone settings did not allow Chrome to access Camera. Make the an upload link available in the U-Haul App.
Jarel FNeed better lighting at rear of U-Haul vehicle parking area. Difficult to see and multiple tripping hazards.

Roland STruck was well maintained. Where I got the truck from the gentleman explained everything very thoroughly and very accommodating.
Jennifer HI was double charged for another day the 29.95 rental fee which I was told I wouldn’t be charged again by the owner the truck was dirty, in dire need of repairs such as an alignment new tires broken door, broken lights. As my first time renting a from uhaul. I was sadly disappointed
A'prill STruck was not vacuum or swept prior to pick up. Truck smelled of cigarette smoke
James MTruck performed adequately for the task, but windshield wipers needed replacement; sounded and smelled like there it had an exhaust leak. Also initial gas reading was 7/16 of tank and my checkout document showed 9/16 of a tank. I brought it back 1/2+ of tank and got charged $10.25 for gas.
Donald HThe guy at the location was grumpy and rude. the truck was old and ragged. It did run and served its purpose and my experience with the online rental/return were seamless. I also had to call the customer service number for an early return and the rep was very helpful. But I will NEVER go back to that location again.
Stephen OTruck was clean and functioned properly. The blankets & ordered were not in truck and we did early self check in, so no one there to ask. Called after they were open to be told "sorry we don't have supplies at this location"... but I ordered blankets and I paid for blankets... "sorry we don't have supplies at this location". So I called customer service and the lady helped my by refunding me for blankets, and creating a new order for blankets at a nearby store that did carry supplies. I was running around getting blankets while our movers had already arrived to start.

Estella CI was renting a uhaul and storage unit the same day. It stressed me a little. John was very patient, through and very helpful. Put me totally at ease.
Mary JThere was no place available to park the truck. No personnel were on hand to answer questions. I had to fit the truck into a very tight space. I was concerned that parking inside the storage facility gate would cause someone to be unable to lease the truck if the gate was locked. The website would not allow me to go back as far as I could see to view guidelines for where truck should be parked in the event of no spaces.
GAYLON WThe truck was returned on Monday as per contract (three hours BEFORE 4 pm deadline). On Tuesday 6/21/22 they charged my credit card unauthorized and fraudulent $ 58 for an extra days rental!!!! Somebody neglected to do their job.
Paul LThe process to self-check in was very glitchy (the app) and not smooth at all. In the app, I would click start the check in process and every time it would take me to a blank screen. Trying to login online via my mobile decice I was booted several times. Not a smooth process at all. My U-Haul was very dangerous to drive. About half way into my trip it was apparent that the transmission wasn’t functioning properly. Just taking my foot off the gas would cause the truck to jerk and/or go into what felt like the vehicle braking on its own. When I made it to my destination the truck begin to smoke, however the hot and cold gauge didn’t fluctuate. Attached is a video of the truck visibly smoking and leaking. This truck is no longer fit for rental and requires immediate maintenance. I am thankful I was able to make it to my destination and back, but I was incredibly scared of breaking down and my night turning into a maintenance nightmare.

Megan BGot into a uhaul truck that turned out to be 3 quarts low on oil. It was still covered in salt from being up north and the engine seemed to be on its last leg. Not a good driving experience.

Gloria BThe people running this is horrible very sour on the phone and in person. The guy and his wife acts like they hate everyone. I was late returning my truck and had permission from traffic control to return it late and he treated me like SHIT. I’ll give you haul probably $4000 a month and he was all butt hurt that he didn’t make money off of one way. I get rerouted all the time and have to pick up at different locations. It’s part of the U-Haul process he needs to understand that if not he doesn’t need to rent UHaul’s.
