This business is a repair shop for motorcycles and quads. They do UHaul on the side. They do close early at 3pm. Found a note on the door when we arrived to call a # they were out to lunch. Was told to drop the trailer and that they would do the drop off stuff when they got back. Felt unsafe doing that. Was able to use the uhaul app to finish the rental with pictures.

The personel were great. However, I was not informed that cash was not accepted. I had to make 2 trips back to town because after the first, I was told a deposit was now required.
This rental took over 2 hours to complete. Again, the personel were wonderful but it was the input to the computer that kept changing. The program needs to be updated and more clear.
