Unsafe for after hours pick up, dark and many homeless. Truck didn’t have the paid for blankets. Truck engine check light came on, then cruise control, ABS and antiskid all stopped working on day of turn in.

The trailer was dirty and had dirty oil caked into the grooves. The representative gave me $2 in quarters to go to a car wash to clean the trailer. Other than that it was excellent!

The location was in bit isolated area, with broken cars around. But easy location next to main street. They did not place dolly I had requested, so had to talk to customer service to cancel out; customer service lady was helpful. There was no onsite person to clarify that. The good thing was this location had the truck available, when it was not available in my nearby location. So that helped me get my job done. Customer service lady over phone was very professional and helpful on initial check in of truck. Overall an easy location.

Truck had very low comprtionin in engine was bad something was wrong with that truck 2 time we almost hit something because breaks would not stop truck and our load was not that heavy I have experience drive a a38ft horse trailer with my 2021 f450 it worked better than uhaul very disappointing for that truck is not road worthy and should be pulled from fleet I was shocked that uhaul would allow this and would risk my safety in that manner you are welcome to call me if you have any questions at (734)7094519 it was not a pleasant experience unfortunate for a company of this magnitude
