I called and had a 15 foot truck reserved and got a 20 foot. I was somehow charged $167 when it should’ve been just over $55. I also got charged a fuel fee for some reason. Will be calling today to get reimbursed.

With hidden costs not mentioned at reservation time at the Angola location State road 327 and US20 by West otter lake to reserve a trailer at the Fremont location. We weren't told about the $60.00 charge for damages until the day of pickup which thru us off guard. So now with my mom having her card on file and information for reservation to rent the trailer for her chairs it still ended to be a three ring circus. Since it was going to be closing at 3pm that day we were told by the office lady that we can drop the trailer off and return the next morning and get our damage money back of $60.00 as we paid in cash. Well my husband did just that and the org manager was there and said the woman was in training and that she didn't know that $60 was to go back on the card on file. So now my money went on my mom's card which now we have to wait seven days for it to clear to retrieve it. I've never rented a uhaul in my life and I plan to never do this again. FYI everyone was so nice and polite but need to up to speed and educated more.
Kay NHours for business say 8 am to 5 I waited 40 minutes for them to arrive then when I brought back at my scheduled time they were already closed at 4 pm. I called next day spoke to them asking if the return was marked correctly since they left early they said yes and I would receive my deposit back in 24 hours well now it’s been 24 hours and still no deposit so my original 30 rental is now 60 and wasted time waiting on them and charged extra for them leaving and closing early never again will I use this retailer!
Jeromy DNo one was there when it was to be open, I got the keys to the truck but no dolly cart in the truck. They still have not refunded my money for the cart that I paid for and never got.

larry eUpon arrival the situation was sketchy. Check-in done outside of the office by two people in their car. Paperwork done correctly but did not have a good feeling about drop off. Checked to make sure the trailer was still on the lot the next day.
