This location was fine. The text notification from uhaul gave the wrong address. That was frustrating having to turn a 26' truck with a tow dolly around in the middle of Maxton.

Jason WatfordI stopped in 30 minutes after the drop off location was closed. Wasn't quite sure what to do. I was a day early also. I was only on hold with U-Haul for a bit, but someone at the drop off location just happened to show up as U-Haul answered. There is an after hours procedure, I suggest you familiarize yourself with it just in case. The car transport was the easiest to load and unload. One person job!!

JAMES SIMMSOffice was gross! Man running around with cigarette hanging out of his mouth. Hard to breath, I had to exit for a moment because I was choking. U-Haul should hold their vendors to a higher standard. Very disappointed.
Lisa WarwickThey falsely charged me for mileage and gas. I did NOT go over the allotted miles and returned the truck with more gasoline than when I picked it up. I took before and after pictures of the odometer. When I went back to the office to dispute the charges, I was treated rudely. I trusted uhaul with my card information and it was fraudulently misused. Please investigate!

Maureen GianniniHusband arrived to pick up the trailer to be told that it was broken and not available for rental. Even though I confirmed 24 hours in advance, no one told us there was no trailer at the location. I called the 800 number and after holding for a while the person found me another location with another trailer an hour away. We got there to pick up the second trailer and there was no one there who knew how to process Uhaul receipts. A simple trailer pickup turned into a half a day of running around and a lot of frustration.

Kim WilliamsWhen I got there, the owner said that UHaul had transferred my order to a different location. He then left and told me he would be back in 5 minutes. About 12 minutes later he drove back up to the store. He went into the office and shut the door. I asked him if he could help us and he said yes come on in. After checking in for about 20 minutes we were finally ready to look at the truck. After leaving things went fine.
Jason EuryI came to pickup trailer at the 3rd location. I prechecked in online. The total was 274.00 They said that they had to do it again It took about 30 minutes to do. I signed the slip assuming that it was the same as my contract I did online only to find that the price was 414.00 when I looked at it at home. I was asked if I wanted insurance and said no. They apparently needed extra sale and added it anyway. I’m sure haul doesn’t condone this activity. I will be calling hail Monday for reimbursement of the insurance.

johnny princeAlso, the employees at the location I had to drop it off in, Maxton, NC, were very rude, disrespectful, and slow. I don't think they knew exactly what to do. I sat there for almost 2 hours and still never received any information. I had to take my daughter to the doctor so I left him my cell number for him to call and inform me when everything was done and I never heard back from him or got an answer when I called ( during business hours ). They need to be more strict on employees and make sure they are well trained.
TAMMY KRAJCII made a reservation for a location in Fayetteville NC and was required to drive 30+ miles to pick up the uhaul. I want the $50 guarantee for right location/time & equipment.

DAVID ELLISONCall in center representative was not up to date on the location of equipment. Once I was called with a pick up location, it was the same location in which I had already tried to rent from that day, but they did not have the equipment I needed. So I had to call the next morning instead of being on the road like I needed to.
