Very frustrated with how you charge for rental of trailers especially when I helped to deliver one for U-Haul several weeks ago.

The trailer light connection was bad when it rained.
ERIC JThe original pick up location on my order was Premier Mini storage- Jordan there was off the charts RUDE and wasted an hour plus of my day for no reason. We then had issues at the return location that is complete UNMANNED - no one answers the phone nor returns calls. I had to drop the trailer myself which isn’t something I should have to do in the pouring rain!

gary mYard was a little full when I returned the trailer, had to move some stuff around by hand to get the car hauler back in place. Other than that everything was terrific.

Tobi PThe ratchet straps on the tow dolly are a hot mess. They need to be changed out. I was stuck on the side of the road waiting for roadside assistance when I finally was able to get them unlocked. The mechanisms were just completely worn out. If I weren’t a little mechanically inclined I’d have sat there for hours. This whole thing could have been prevented if the equipment were working properly

Jerry SEmployee Was driving around the building in a tow truck when I arrived. I waved, He saw me and kept driving. I am 76 years old disabled veteran with a VERY BAD back. Not supposed to lift over 20 lbs. No one was there to assist me unhitching the 6X12 trailer. Don't know how much the tounge of the trailer weighed BUT way more than I was supposed to lift. ON my contract it said to call 270-753-xxxx when I arrived in Murray. Called the number, rang and rang and asked for my security number??? Bottom line, I injured my back unhitching the trailer. NOT HAPPY!!
ROBERT HIt was easy to reserve a truck online, the guy at the towing service was very friendly and professional. It was easy to use the truck and returning was a breeze. Will definitely use them again next time I need a truck

Susan KImprove the mobile app. It took me over 2 hours to get my truck using the mobile app. Customer service was good over the phone, but there needs to be a way to bypass the mobile app because the poor girl helping me couldn't do anything to actually assist getting my truck. Or at the very least warn customers that they should complete all of the verification process well before pickup time

Vivian CI did not want the tv boxes that I reserved online, but was not allowed to change my mind and was out $40 for two boxes I could not use. Was told that I could return them when I returned the truck in Illinois. But they did it allow me to return them there either. No I’m stuck with two boxes! And out $40!
