There was a lot of rust on the cabin ceiling/roof.
Louisa MI was charged over $300 for o 2 day rental I only took 33 miles. I have pictures of the odometer. It was done online and I advised the attendant the mileage was wrong at pick up. He told me he would take care of it. I emailed him after too but now I have to dispute the charge. chad.a.pierce@Gmail.com
chad pI made a reservation for a different location and the. Got a call that forced me to select this location which was further away and caused me to incur more miles and costs. Otherwise it was a good experience.

John SI have had several BAD experiences with U-Haul! I am Very Pleased to say This time was Not one of them. The truck Didn't break down, didn't use way more gas than it should and the staff was GREAT!!!!
Terry DYour mobile check in process is horrendous. You seriously need to validate TWO other contacts to allow me to access my reservation? What a joke that was, ended up having to go into the office anyways. This has nothing to do with the location, rather terrible uhaul practice
Josh GThe U-Haul agent was very pleasant & professional . For the 17' foot truck I rented when I first turned on the ignition, nothing happened. Make sure you turn the ignition all the way so the truck will start.
