Should have been some communication that I would be picking up from a liquor/smoke shop. Was a little caught off guard.

Jeffory MMake sure the equipment that the customer orders is in the truck. I ordered a appliance dolly but it was not there. I did not order a furniture dolly but their was one, and even though I did not use it I was charged for it.
Glen F(1) Provide a little more guidance on the truck rental process. (2) go over specifics of the vehicle (ie. The emergency brake release etc)

Cody FThe car carrier broke down in Vegas and could have been very serious. A tire blew and a leaf spring dropped. A good Samaritan passing me indicated my problem. The roadside gentleman from U-Haul was a great help to us to get help. Thanks to U-Haul advisor we were put up for the night in a hotel and got a different trailer and on our way home to SUNDRE ALBERTA CANADA. No more issues.

EDWARD SHub should inspect all trucks prior to allowing rentals again, my dribe from Phx to Denver smelled like a cat litterbox. Also jad low fuel light come on at random times and gage would only read quarter tank even after fueling tank!!!!! Fyi, this owner did go out of his way to help me. The guys at the HUB McKellips and Mesa dr were rude and un friendly

denis kMy reservation was transferred from uhaul facility to a secondary location a day prior to my move which was fine but not all equipment reserved was transferred within the notes. George was very good to accommodate my needs though.
TRACY Srevoke this guys ability to tarnish the uhaul name/brand. this guy not only tried to scam me, but when I had enough of his nonsense, he threatened me with "youd better get out of here quickly, or else" you guys are lucky I didnt call the police and have you guys on the morning news
Joshua TThe cost of the truck was a little much, when we were all said and done this 20' truck cost me $4 more per day than the 26' truck I used for another move I made and I had 3 times the amount of miles as this trip.

Eddie PTold owner the day before that I would pick up trailer the next day at 9:00 am instead of 10:00 am. He said ok. Got there at 9:00 he wasn’t there. It’s a liquor store that rents uhaul. He argued with me about the time. He finally got there and I was 1/2 hour late. He should not be representing uhaul because of his attitude.

Steve Hthe drop off location was horrible. no one was on site that was willing to help. i was told that i just needed to drop it off and they would email me a receipt. i have not received any receipt. i am very disappointed with my drop off location.
CHRISTOPHER BThe location was in a store. When we went to the store clerk, she was very rude and said we couldn't drop of the truck and had to come back in 3 hours for her boss to return. Finally we got her to call her boss and he said he would come back that night to check out the truck and send us receipt. Very confusing location, and would not like to use this location again.
