The customer service here was fast and very friendly. I did all the steps on the app and it was very convenient. Unfortunately I feel the truck could have been cleaner. It was dusty and unkempt.

Lazaro H.They are located on narrow one way street. The manager explained the quick instructions about the vehicle at the side of street, while traffic is running busy. So I guess that this u-haul place for someone who is more expert driver. We return the truck after the store shutdown. We left the truck on side of the fire hydrant. But they took care of that. Thanks.

Johan A.First off the vehicle that we have received was not adequate or up to heart with standards of safety whatsoever. The truck after only 1/4 of the expected drive started to smoke and spray out liquids and fumes from under the hood then it fleetly broke down on the side of the highway in which we called the one 800 U-Haul number. U-Haul sent out a tow truck to only pick up the vehicle that was not operating they did not replace the vehicle whatsoever. U-Haul then left us stranded on the side of the highway for hours did not find us a replacement. It is now currently Tuesday at 5 AM and you all still has not supplied us with the truck our rental was on a Friday our things are still left in another state. This location and this company do not care about their customers do not care about their safety do not care about their property and do not care about their word that their equipment will be adequate and safe for transport.

THAWRY P.There vans are not safe check engine light was on the break light was on and the oil change bell kept ringing and going off the whole time driving if I wasn't pressed for time I wouldn't have even accepted the van . When I notified the customer rep she said she knows talk to the guy he changed my van with a van that had the Same issues .

Luz S.The guy who registered us at this location was rude, condescending and just plain nasty. He refused to honor what the Uhaul customer service agreed to. Said his rules were the only rules and he would have to register us like we never spoke to the uhaul rep. He was not forthcoming with information and became belligerent when I asked questions. This was the worst customer service experience I've had. I've used uhaul for years but after that treatment I doubt I will again.
Sharon N.Terrible online portal. Uhaul says a truck is available, but when the date of the reservation comes, there is no truck available although a reservation was made weeks prior. Poor customer service as well to address this issue. Will not use again and recommend no one else will.

prince A.I was charged for an item i never received (ceramic tape) for my table, the man in charge of the operation was very ride to me and my family and falsely calculated the fuel within the van and gave me a vehicle nearly on empty and refused to aid in resolving the situation and snapped at my uncle for it. Very unprofessional and misleading and to be charged such an amount for very little in the purchase plus not professionally giving me the things i ordered with my hard earned money was a wake up call to never come back to that location.

DIAB R.This location helped me immensely, I had originally reserved a truck at the location K&Y Service Station Inc 73 E 130th St New York City, NY 10037, which was extremely unprofessional and did not have a truck ready nor were they willing to help me get a truck. I called the Inwood location and they had a truck available immediately and helped me. Have recommended this location to other people who are moving.
Rebekah E.the pick up was good, but your scheduler team is horrible. i had to call 5 times to make sure my pickup up location is correct. Still, they didn't get it right, up until the night before my move, no one called me from the scheduler team as they promised me and as it was written on my haul dashboard page on your site. The night before my move i see that your scheduler team changed my pickup location to a place that is 1h and 30 minutes away from my house where i am moving from. I had to wait until the next day, the day that i am supposed to moe to call back customer service that took more than 30 minutes for someone to answer, i was able to speak to someone from the scheduling team that then they were able to change my pickup location to the one in the Bronx 30 minutes away, that's more acceptable. But i think that's the last time i will rent from you and i will make sure i tell my story to my friends because it was horrible experience and caused me stress and a sleepless night.
