Fix all trucks that are unsafe to drive. The truck they gave me was dirty in the back. Unfolded blankets inside. Worn out front tires.one with a boot on it. Steering was loose. Brakes were unpredictable. Dangerous vehicle to put me in. Totally bad experience. OH, THEY ACTUALLY MADE ME PAY FOR IT.CHARLES B.

Location was great. Truck was not. Made it 14 miles before truck failed. (Power connection issues/non working fuel gage) Had to unload U-Haul and figure out alternate transportation to get load to destination that night. Zero UHaul help. Roadside assistance wasn't provided until the next morning. I also still had to pay the rental of failed equipment. Very dissatisfied customer and looking into other options for future truck needs.KERRY B.

I used the online check-in service via the app. It was overly complicated (picture requirments, slow interface, functions not working in android platform but worked fine in iphone, too many requested functions, lack of indication when it was 'working'). It also required a hybrid approach between automation and having to visit in the store to retrieve a key. When I got to the key acquisition portion, I still had to wait long times behind two customers. This negates the convenience factor, and I ultimately was forced to be rude and interrupt another customer to simply get a key. Ultimately, I would not use this feature again as it actually felt like it increased my time and effort. Furthermore, I had to go back in the store before departing because the blankets and dollies I requested were also not in the truck. None of these were a big deal, but in an effort to provide feedback from a customer to improve, overall the experience was poor. To be really helpful, an experience that is totally automated, without the need for staff assistance, would be great.Ryan R.

The location/equipment was great however it was very far out of my way (When there is a location 3 miles from me). I didn't mind picking it up there but when I asked to drop it off closer to the location near my house (Chenal 10 location) the sharp NO! was unexpected. To me providing convenience is always why I usually choose you guys.. but this time I was surprised how far (40 minutes on the front and back side) out of my way I had to go.RACHEL M.

Contactless check-in/check-out didn't work, as I had to go inside to get key. Also, truck had a low tire air pressure warning on front left tire, so odometer reading wouldn't display. Fortunately we weren't driving far.Bryan S.

Poor communication. Emails were contradictory. I had two different drop off times and locations. I ended up dropping the truck off at wrong location and then had to pick it up in the morning to drive it to the correct location. Not a good experience.Bradley C.

The after hours check in process should be more clear. I couldn't tell if I was able to check in the truck successfully or not through the website. Was I supposed to check in while at the location? It wasn't clear and I was never sure I completed the process correctly.ASHLEY H.
I ordered a truck, tow dolly, and utility dolly. I was told on Wednesday that they will ensure all my equipment would be there. When I went to pick it up I was told they had no utility dolly and they suggested I drive 20 mins to the next uhaul to get one. I ended up buying one from walmart because driving 20 mins was ridiculous.Dominique V.

I placed my order 2 months before I had to pickup the truck. I get a text a day b4 pickup and was informed I had a different pickup location 25 miles away. I called to express my frustration and was promised $50 credit (which I did not get) and to have 50 miles added. The truck was filthy and that is how I returned it. I am NOT happy with my overall customer experience with Uhaul.JANETH L.

The problem we had was the two locations that we were sent to before we were sent to the Maumelle location. Worst experience ever the truck I have reserved was not at the prince location they were sorry but the gentleman who had it and brought it back for the 10 AM reservation and it 1040 no one had checked on it to make sure it was going to be there so therefore our moving day was delayed by about four hours. The two young men were very unprofessional I will never step foot back in that place ever againShelly B.

The only problems I had was trying to reach somebody on the phone I ended up hanging up after waiting 30 minutes on the phone because the wait time was too long. Two different times and then I tried on the computer and it was there and then it was gone so you need to work on that.KITZI E.
The storage unit that I rented was nice and clean, and big enough for my things. The guys there are really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this storage business to anyone who needs to store their things for a while. I had this storage for about 8 months. Never worried about anything happening to my things.WYONA W.
