Trailer brakes caught fire in the middle of Iowa, Uhaul was helpful once I reached the right person, they sent someone with a new trailer but it took over an hour of my labor to complete the swap then the trailer had only one right light no running lights, plus the vehicle wasn't secured properly and lurched off the trailer after a few miles (it was dark when we did the swap) Horrible experience will never rent from uhaul again.

Hours they were open were atrocious and could not contact anyone to get my deposit back. I am still waiting to get a deposit returned and have no help from this dealer.

Do inspections after every use wiring !!!!!!!! And the places that hold the uhauls need to make sure thy are clean and ready to go but for me ill never use yall again

My original reservation requested a Saturday pick-up (5-7-11) made a week in advance. Got a call from a location in Spiro, OK on 5-6 that my truck was ready. Not in Poteau and not on Saturday. Seems Poteau Radiator doesn't have Saturday hours but uhaul.com lists Saturday hours. Had to reschedule for the next weekend. The guy at Poteau Radiator was great and helped by going the extra mile. Corporate process however lacked.

This location was ok, but they kept the blankets in their office...which they smoked in. Now that everything is unloaded, it all smells like cigarette smoke!! I would suggest to your locations to not smoke near them. They really soaked up the smell.

Bryan did a great job with the check in, he even corrected the fuel gas issue with online records. However, he said he was unable to correct the issues of mileage overage. Vehicle was driven one way for only 45 miles total with 47 miles allowed. Total mileage charged was 89 total.
